Fraud Company

"Its a fraud company be aware. Bought an instrument, returned it 2 days later in pristine condition in original packaging. They kept the instrument and never refund the money, keep on saying next week for over a month now.

I am contacting my credit card company to file a dispute, horrible dishonest people.

Terrible customer service

"Ordered a Honeywell gas detector because this was the cheapest place I could find. The picture showed a meter with H2S, O2, LEL, CO2. I received it and it only detected H2S. I called the same day I received it and realized it was the correct part number but configured for single gas. They said they would charged me 25% restocking fee ($150) (yet still haven’t seen the refund at all on my card yet) and I ordered the correct meter that said 1-2 week delivery. I just got an email that indicates 35 weeks. Very frustrated and feel deceived."

Inaccurate lead times and poor customer service

"Ordered a test kit back in June with a 2-3 week leadtime. Once ordered, will be shipped expected date, end of august. Asked for update aug 24th, will ship by Sept 3rd. Sent message today, answer is "Didnt know you already paid.....". Got Paypal involved and issued a refund.
What a waste of time! Dont bother ordering from them, if you find a reputable vendor and they take a little longer than what global states.....stick with the reputable vendor. Global's info on delivery is hollow at best.

$2800 Later.....

"$2800 for a partial order. I should have listen to the reviews!!
I ordered a $2800 Rigid Seesnake Inspection camera from GTS. They had the best price, so I thought.
Their Ad clearly shows the items and even in the description of what I expected to be sent. Two distinctly visible and labeled items.
Item came in about 10 days as expected. When I opened the box, only one part of my order was sent. Reel, No CA-350 Monitor!
I immediately called their 800 #. The one guy Steve said he wasn't able to help since it was near the end of the business day. He took my information and said he would call the warehouse to see about the other item. Monday Am I called, not trusting anyone. I spoke to one guy who was flat out RUDE. He couldn't shut up long enough to even HEAR my issue. Call was dropped, HMMM!
I called back again. A different guy. Said he would look into it. Sensing I am getting swept under a rug here. Late monday the same day I called a different number and spoke to yet another person.
My take on this is; there is no real clue as to what gets ordered ( from them as a third party buyer is what the really are ) from their website to what you will actually receive weeks after they have taken your $$$. Their staff has no real reporting to anyone of a customer order error. Other then to repeat the mantra. "Let me check with the Manufacture".
What should the manufacture have to do with THEIR website Ad and a proper shipping index?
Thank fully I payed through PAYPAL. I filed a claim with PAYPAL Quickly. Only way to have any protection from an internet seller with a checkered {reviews'} pattern of improper orders. READ some for your self.
I will update this review to see where their service team goes with my $2800!

“Please accept our apologies for the error and inconvenience. You're absolutely right, we did have an error on our website and it was not clear what was included with that specific part number. We called the manufacturer to confirm what was part of the package and we have since updated our website to make sure this is clear.

A return shipping label has been sent to you and you will receive a full refund once it arrives at our warehouse. We've reviewed this situation with our customer service team in order to address the lack of response you experienced.

Worst company ever

"I bought a 255$ power meter and paid for product in full. Order was delivered but stolen from front porch. UPS insured package for 100$ and sent the money to Global Test supply in February 2019. Alex Coffee assured me that they would send me 100$ insurance check. I have not received check and Alex Coffee refuses to answer or return my phone calls. I have left 5 or 6 voicemails. UPS stated that they will not discuss claim with me and any questions needs to be taken up with global test supply. I am out the product I ordered, 255$, and now the 100$ insurance money. Global test supply received my 255$ for the product, and now pocketed the 100$ insurance claim and refuses to talk to me.

After posting this review Sue contacted my right away and got me the 100$ check. Sue was very professional and helpful.
