"ordered new set of mizuno irons. paid extra for expedited shipping, 2 day. turns out they were less than 100 miles from me. today is day 3, gg says i will have them when they expected, tomorrow, 4 days."

Wrong order with no apology

"I ordered an advertised used Sonartec ti-01 9 deg.driver and they send me a used sonartec ss-3.5 15 deg. fairway wood. I know people make mistakes and its not a life or death situation but how do fail to distinguish between a driver and a fairway wood? I'm wondering if they ever really had the driver in the first place. The thing is, they never apologized for their error or "deception"."

Bad communication. Dishonest about order status.

"I returned an item because I ordered the wrong size. I was told the correct size would ship as soon as they received the original package. Weeks pass and no sign of my order and no communication from them. Send an email to customer service and do not get a response so I call the next day. Customer Service says my order is processing and they will expedite shipping. I finally receive an email that my order has shipped, yet another week passes and it still hasn't come. Today I checked the FedEx tracking number and the status is "label printed". The package hasn't even been shipped. I'm normally not one to complain, but this is REALLY bad customer service."

Your money is held if merchandise isn't available

"I just spoke with Mark Johnson Customer Service Supervisor. I made an order on 5/26/2017 and my credit card was charged. On 6/5 I emailed customer service asking where my merchandise was and received a response the order was still processing. I called the company and was advised that they sent an email 5/31 (which was not correct) advising me the merchandise was no longer available but they wouldn't release my money until I called them and asked them to do so. Mark did tell me that "eventually" they would release my funds but couldn't commit as to when that would be. If you order anything from this company, follow up on your order immediately and regularly or your funds are lost. Don't use the automated system; rather call and talk to a representative personally to find out the real story. This is no way to do business on behalf of the consumer; however, on their behalf, I see earnings soaring..."

My first stop for golf equipment

"I have ordered 5 clubs from Global Golf over the past year and have been highly satisfied. Each club has arrived in even better condition than I expected it to and you cannot beat the prices. Dishonest

"Don't deal with this company. Terrible customer service and completely dishonest. Purchased a set of irons from them that were described as new. Once I received them, I noticed one of the club heads had a dent and several others appeared to have been hit. Sent them back for a refund and they REFUSED saying they would not refund because the clubs were used. So, they send me clubs that are used (which is different from the item description), and then when I return them for not being as described, they refuse my refund. How are businesses allowed to do this?"

"Clubs came a day earlier than was supposed to and was very happy with the condition of the clubs that I bought in "very good " condition. Barely a blemish on the club face and the grips look brand new. "

Great Customer Service

"I have used this company multiple times for many types of golf products. I have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is wonderful. I purchased a used Ping G30 Driver with the head cover and driver tool last Friday. They had a sale for 15% off left handed used clubs so I was excited to save some extra money. The following Monday they had a 20% off sale on all orders. I emailed customer service and asked if I could get a refund for the difference. They responded the following day. I was given an additional 10% off my entire order which ended up saving me an extra $10.
This type of service is wonderful and I will be using Global Golf for years to come.
I highly recommend purchasing from this company. Great deals on all products and great customer service!

Beware their Shipping options

"Ordered a 3W from Global Golf on a Saturday and chose the upcharged 3-5 day Ground shipping as an option instead of the Economy. The goal was to play the club the following weekend.

GG took my money and shipped via FedEx SmartPost, the slowest and least reliable shipping method available and my shipment is now lost. It was scheduled for delivery on Friday 3/25 and I was hoping to use my new 3 wood during the 4 rounds I played over the weekend. Sadly, the club never made it from FedEx to the USPS and now FedEx acknowledges that the club is missing.

I would not trust GG to use the appropriate shipping method for your clubs regardless of what shipping method you choose. I can't speak to the actual condition of the club compared to the stated condition because as of now, it does not exist. Very frustrating.

Understandably, GG will not refund my money until FedEx provides a lost item case number for GG to use on their own insurance claim for the lost revenue. My issue is that GG no longer has my club in stock, so I must find another source for said club, spend more money to buy it while I wait for a GG refund and miss another weekend of golfing with my preferred 3W unless I choose ridiculous expensive 2 day shipping.

I made the tremendous mistake of buying from GG and saving $10 compared a used club on another site. Will not do business with GG again based on shipping practices. Would advise customers to choose a higher level of shipping than Ground if they ever want to see their clubs alive. GG takes your money, chooses the $4 shipping option and then leaves you in the lurch while they cover their backsides. Not OK.
