"This company fraudulently took my personal information and credit card number knowingly not having the item in stock that I ordered. I would not order from this company again since they have items on their website that have been discontinued by the manufacturers over a year ago that they list as in stock just to get customers. Maybe they will realize they can't run a business without having the items in stock they advertise."
"This outfit is horrible. The seem completely unable to manage inventory. I ordered 4 LCD monitors on 1/2. No email confirmation was sent. I called and a CSR said "we've received such a tremendous response" that we're unable to confirm any orders. After multiple emails I finally received a response 6 days later informing me that the LCDs were backordered indefinitely and that they had a different (and substandard) model available for $100 more. I'm not shopping here again."
"I purchased a ZIP 250 drive. No where on the web site did they indicate the drive was refurbished, but the one I received was both refurbished, unworking, and shipped poorly. I contacted them for an RMA but they took a long time to get back to me. They refused giving me a refund and instead gave me another drive. Over all I am very displeased. Pay more money to buy your items else where."
