"When Drew visited my home with an estimate, he gave me an idea of what I could expect from the crew when they arrived. I needed to have a swamp maple tree trimmed and my property line along the rear yard fence trimmed /cut back of too many weed trees that had overgrown and were blocking the sun from my garden.
The crew arrived and were very friendly. They made some great suggestions concerning the weed tree removals. When they finished, my property line looks great. When my family visited, they immediately remarked how nice the garden area looks. My swamp maple tree was losing large branches during storms. After the crew finished, the tree is now trimmed, shaped and looks great. After they clean up, you would never know they were here. I have used Giroud Tree services several times and they always exceed my expectations after each visit. A great company with a very knowledgeable arborist and professional tree crews. "
"I had an appointment for an estimate which the Giroud guy was 3 hours early on, thus missing me while I was at lunch. This in turn led to having to ask questions over the phone which would have been much easier to explain in person with the tree. There were some emails back and forth, a couple of which could have been avoided had the initial appointment been kept. Then it was 2.5 weeks before tree was actually trimmed.
The trim was excellent though. Tree looks clean and neat, height reduced enough so it was no longer in the wires to the house."

The crew showed up on time, worked without stopping, cleaned up all debris--even tree branches and limbs I had cut myself that I left on the street--and were finished what i thought would be an all-day job in about 4 hours. Everyone was super diligent and showed me each section of the job after it was finished to make sure I was satisfied.
