"I placed an order on their website during the black Friday of 2012 and I've had the worst experience with them. First, they took forever to ship out my order. I had to call and ask why it was taking so long and I was told because of the holidays they were delayed. They finally sent the order and it turns out the package got lost in shipment. After almost a month of not knowing what happened to the package and getting all sorts of misinformation from their customer service reps, they finally sent a replacement order. By that time one of my items were no longer in stock. So I got a refund on that 1 out of stock item. I finally received the order and had to return 2 items because I didn't like the fit. I received a return acknowledgment email on Jan.5 and I still haven't been refunded. I've emailed and spoken to customer service and they've told me that I should be receiving it soon. Days and weeks have gone by and nothing. I called last week and some guy told me I would be receiving the refund within 3-5 days. Five days later, nothing. I called today and was told no one ever placed a refund last week. So again I was told she was going to place the refund. Now I have to wait and see if this person actually does it. It's been very frustrating. Keep a watchful eye when ordering from them."
