"Gigasonic verified my order 2 weeks ago for an open box item Boss RC-300. The product did not arrive after 2 weeks and I just received an email from them stating that they no longer have stock of the open box item but I can buy a closed one for $50.00 more!! I asked for special delivery options in the comments section when I placed my original order and they never acknowledged that either. Not a very professional or customer oriented outfit in my opinion. "

"I'm not exactly sure what to think at this point. I had ordered Headphones on December 14, hoping to receive this item before Christmas, so I paid for the 2-4 day delivery just to be sure. I did not receive any sort of confirmation or notification of shipment after 2 days, so I wrote to check on the status. I received a reply a couple of days after my e-mail, telling me that it had been sent to the warehouse for handling, but would not ship until Monday, December 19. I received a notice that it had been shipped on Wedensday, December 21 and a notice just now (December 22) that the information had just been submitted to UPS, but the package was yet to be picked up.
I was clear that I was hoping for this before Christmas and I paid extra for the expedited shipping. I understand that we are approaching the Holidays, but with the shipping options offered and paid for, I had hoped to receive my package in 3-5 days, but 8 days later I am hearing my order has perhaps just shipped, (a second time or afterall). Who knows, I may somehow receive it before Christmas, but I'm not happy with the time taken to ship or the communication from the store."
