Nothing in stock, clueless

"Ordered a simple balloon bouquet to send my daughter on her 6th b-day. Simple enough. After placing the order I get the message; "Due to shortage of Helium we can not deliver balloons." They offered: a nice florist choice flower bouquet as alternate. No link with pictures or description. Just reply ASAP to confirm my order. Spent hours waiting and responding to several e-mails from different people to help me get the order processed... Even when suggesting a stuffed animal I found on their site as an alternate to the balloons, some how could not find it asking me to send a link..... so I sent the link, carbon copy of the last e-mail was their response.... I canceled after fighting for 2 hrs to make the order go through.

A ruined Valentine’s delivery

"I ordered a delivery on the Valentine’s weekend for my fiancé in London. And paid an extra £22 for having it delivered to his home address on a particular day (because he is in the office during the working work).
Nothing was delivered on the requested date. Not a single call or attempt at delivering.
I contacted this firm the next day they said the order was ... delivered! When I replied saying it wasn’t they came back on Monday sending me a link to some storage place suggesting the recipient contact them and arrange for a delivery himself!!!
I requested a refund saying they failed to deliver on the requested day and nobody wants a Valentine’s delivery a week later, thank you. Especially when the surprise was ruined (because I had to ask my fiancé if there were any calls about some delivery).
The next day they came back to me saying the delivery “was refused” at the address of the order. Well of course it was ‘cause it was a working day.
Anyway, save your time and money, and stay away from this company if you don’t want to spoil your occasion and get some disappointment instead of surprise!

Scam

"Item did not arrive. I ordered balloons to be delivered by christmas eve. No sign of them. They have no interest in sorting it out or offering a refund. They are a scam. Avoid if you do not want to lose money."

FRAUDSTERS - DECEMBER 2019

"My friend ordered a gift for me for Christmas, it never arrived. A man called me from 0034 968 752 283, he said a third party company is trying to deliver and no one is in the villa, I told him I do not live in a villa! I gave directions to the address, which he confirmed was exactly what he had on the order and still nothing arrived.

He called again stating the order was a 'F***ing' mess and laughed.

Nothing has been heard from this company since! No-one answers the number above and no response to text messages.
The terms and conditions on their website have been concocted to cover their fraudulent behaviour! They will not refund if the address is wrong (how convenient!!!) They promise aftercare sales, this is clearly false representation and of course they promise satisfaction guaranteed, from the comments below there are a lot of unsatisfied customers.

No attempt to deliver has been made.

There have been several complaints registered on SiteJabber, Better Business Bureau and the Complaints Board about the Jagma Group LLC./ Giftblooms. They are not reputable and unprofessional.

Horrible company

"That tried to charge us extra for their failings. Read the reviews and stay away unless you want to potentially lose your present and/or money.
There is zero customer service and it is hard to get in contact with them. Search their website. They do not even have an address!

Giftblooms.com is a FRAUD!

"Extremely disappointed! It is a fraud! They delivered the cake a day after the birthday and the cake was horrible! No one even bothered to inform me that the delivery will be delayed until i followed up of the day after the cake was supposed to be delivered. Pathetic! I shelled out almost USD 85 and they delivered a cheap, burnt, and amateurish looking cake, without any finish! I have the pictures of the cake if anyone wants to see!

Very disappointing. Their feedback email does not accept a single star or a double star. So you are forced to give them a higher star rating. They are a complete fraud!

Horrible Service All Around DO NOT USE

"I ordered a cake and balloon bouquet to be delivered the cake cost $114.42 and never was delivered and only 2 out of the 6 balloons were delivered... With No card they just handed it to him and left. Emailed over and over NO response. Told them I was going to dispute charges and finally got a computer email back saying they would look into it. Well to late you ruined it and I am still waiting for refund. Very angry."

Ruined a birthday surprise

" I ordered a bottle of champagne for a 40th birthday surprise for my brother who was on holiday. I used Gift Bloom's next day delivery service.
I received no confirmation of the transaction and they didn't deliver the champagne.
Two days later, I received an email advising that the product was not in stock but that they could send an alternative the next day (after he had returned home!)
I asked for my order to be cancelled and they did refund me but the surprise was ruined.

PICK A STAR ANY STAR....HOW ABOUT..... NOT!!!!

"GOOGLE !!!! CHOP CHOP AND SHUT DOWN THIS WEBSITE!!!! As a former advertising consultant, I know you can do this!

giftblooms making its way across the net and setting the tone for scams leading to identity theft. August 25, 2019, I purchased balloons from this company in the tune of $164.08 for my family in Australia. It is now September 3, 2019 and they have not received the balloons welcoming a new baby. I have reached out to giftblooms many times and the ONLY response I received until today is a copy of my own message sent to them. When I did not receive a response from the company that was so eager to take my money, I reached out to my banking institution for assistance in this regard. NOW the matter in the hands of investigators to try and assist me to retrieve money that was taken wrongfully. I alerted giftblooms of the action that was taken and today I receive a message saying "Order Cancelled" NEWS ALERT GIFTBLOOMS!!! If you cancel an order you failed to provide it does not give you the right to keep ones money.

Taking money from trusted souls and not providing a service is FRAUD and FRAUD is a CRIME!

"My review for giftblooms.

BEWARE!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK YOU SEE!

It was a very BIG MISTAKE to trust this kind of website right away even though I read some of its very nice reviews in the internet.

If you are going to search it on the internet, you will find lots of 5 stars and 4 stars on its reviews attached with the "customers" positive feedback.

Based on my observation as one of GIFTBLOOMS Customers, 99% of the positive feedback you find in the internet are FAKE, 1% of the negative feedback you found is TRUE!

What makes me say this? I am a their new victim in this.

I ordered Nirvana cake ($59.99) last August 11, 2014. I paid $72.68 inclusive delivery cost ($10.95) + payment processing cost ($2.06). The status of my order that date was "processing" after they charged it to my account and August 12, 2014 expected date of delivery as per giftblooms customer service representative I spoke with via phone.

Then a few minutes to that, he called in, telling me that my order is not available. I asked him for other alternative to replace that Nirvana cake, but he only gave me 3 ugly cakes that is very far from my ordered Nirvana cake, they are my only options for replacement.

Then I went to their site again looking for other options. Since I cannot pick one among those three.. I asked him if I can change my order? Instead of Cake, I would like to change it to, Guylian Belgian Chocolate & Two Hearts as One Teddy Bear. I know that exceeds the one they charged to me but I told him I am willing to pay more just to change my order to that and good thing he said, I am only allowed to change my order by choosing among the 3 ugly cakes given. So I told him, since my order is not available, I won't pick any of those since its not of my preference. Please cancel my order then!

Right after that, I received an email from them updating me that my order has been cancelled.

"FAKE Company. Product never got delivered till today. pathetic customer service, rude and they dont even bother to call back and update about the order. they have taken the money from the bank and now after talking to them for few times, they have stopped answering the calls.
