"I have purchased at Gettel Toyota before and had great experience before. In this date I wanted to purchase front/rear and spark plugs for a RAV4. I went online and saw the price was 46 dollars. At the store the price doubled for no reason. I then ordered online and picked it up at the counter. It was 100 dollars cheaper. I guess the point is it doesn’t make make sense, and if you don’t notice they won’t tell you sad. "

"I have been visiting the part counter for years. The price is right, but the parts employees were never friendly. Always felt like I was a bother even though I was spending money. Today was different. There was a new counter employee who just started two weeks ago. He was very friendly and helpfull. A tribute to to him!
