"The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I called them on Tuesday 07/19/11 and asked for a Sony HXR-MC50U Camcorder, making sure it was in stock and ready to ship, confirmed final price with overnight shipping to Miami; finally decided to place the order that night, next day morning (07/20) founded an email asking me to call to confirm verbally, When I called, the first "customer service" rep said my order was all set and ready to ship; after 5 hours I didn’t see my Credit Card charged, and because I wanted overnight (urgently) I called them again to confirm my purchase, 1st agent hung up on me, then he said “ohh yeah you want to resell it right? I said no; and then he said I needed to pay $199 more for insurance!! I said no there is a mistake, you guys said early in the morning that everything was ready for my order… he kept saying the only way was paying $199 more, can you imagine that? I asked for his name, he said: Jhon Smith, (yeah right) then he said, wait I’m transferring to a another who will accommodate you, I got shuffled around to 2 people (none of whom identified themselves by name) someone finally got my call and said the same! That Miami has a “high risk “city, (my card has billing and shipping the same and order was under the card’s name) . I told him what a trick sells technique to show a price in the site and then try charging more over the phone! I have placed A LOT of online orders (every week) and have NEVER had customer service as poor as this! This is the reason people keep buying from Amazon even if they have a little higher price! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL."

"Boy was I disappointed to read these reviews. I wish I had read them before placing an order. As it is, I've read them nearly a month after placing an order that I don't suppose I'll ever receive. So here's how it went down with me.
I placed an order near the end of May and looked forward to receiving my camera. A few days later I noticed a couple of emails from them requesting that I call and confirm the order. That was a little upsetting, since I expected my order to be on its way to me. I called and was asked why I didn't buy the package that includes the battery and charger for another 2 or 3 hundred dollars. When I realized this camera didn't include the basics, I cancelled the order and went online to see what it would cost me to buy these items separately. When I found them for around $15, I placed my order again and called to confirm. They asked me why I decided to order again. "Um, because I want the camera". Anyhow, even after "confirming" I kept getting this "please confirm" email. So I called back. I got transferred to several people, none of whom could help me. Finally I was told "you need to talk to Alex". Apparently Alex was the only person in the entire company who could tell me if my order had been shipped. After being on hold for an hour, I finally got Alex who quickly said "you're confirmed" and went on about his business. That was it. I called back a couple of days later and spoke with a girl who could actually give me information in exchange for my zip code. She told me the camera was on back order and they would have it in 2 or 3 weeks. Not good, but I'll go ahead and wait. In the meantime I purchase 2 batteries, a charger, memory card, an adapter for my old Canon lenses, a zoom & a telephoto lens, a camera bag, flexible tripod and a flash; all for a camera I may never get. Two and 1/2 weeks later, I call to see if they expect to get it soon. No, it will be another 4 weeks. And there's no "we're very sorry about the delay sir. We assure you that we're working to get this in as soon as possible". Not even an attempt to act like they care about their customers. I don't really understand the point of this scam. I haven't seen anyone saying that their credit cards were charged. Why would you set up a site to sell stuff you don't have unless you were just trying to get credit card numbers? Maybe I'm missing something.

"My canon t3i kit order has been a nightmare from the start. I placed the order last Thursday morning and paid overnight shipping hoping to have it Friday or even Monday. Sometime in the afternoon Thursday I received the email asking me to call to confirm the order, which I did despite waiting on hold for over 30 minutes between two phone calls. Once I finally got on hold with an employee he tried to get me to spend $200 - 300 on various charger/battery combos (which GetonDigitall had conveniently left out of the kit). After I told him no, he tried to get me to buy a t2i...telling me how people like it so much better. I am sure this is how he is paid to act...a way to make up for the small margins which Getondigital is making. This employee told me that GetonDigital guarantees that it ships in 24-48 hours. Well, 48 hours came and went today. So, I called and another employee told me that the camera was back-ordered 4 weeks. No email, no phone call. Just leaving me out in the breeze. Super awesome customer service. GetonDigital should be real proud. Sale IS CANCELED. Take my word for it, you DO NOT want to do business with GetonDigital."

"These guys feel they must lie and cheat to make it in business. Eventually, they will fade away wondering why they were not successful. They remind me of the scam artists in a movie called the "Tin Men". I tend to give folks the benefit of the doubt as to their fairness and honesty and I got the short end of the deal with them. That's OK, I will continue to give folks the benefit of the doubt as it works out good in the long run even though you get a few sprained ankles along the way."

"I had ordered a DSLR at a low price. They emailed me to call them to confirm the order. On the call they tried to upsell batteries and Filters and other accs at a ridiculously high price. I said No. The next I know is that the product got "backordered" for 3-4 weeks. Also wehn they would get the product with them it may take another 2 weeks to ship. I have asked them to cancel my order.

Bottom line Low Price, No Product... You need a real product, go somewhere else

"I knew that this company was a scam artist but wanted to order a Nikon D7000 body and see how it goes as I thought maybe I will have a better experience.

I order on 05/10 and get an email the next day to call them to verbally confirm (seriously?). In this day and age of electronics orders.

Well I call and then hold for quite some time. Then someone picks up and asked the order number. Then I got transferred. After sometime someone else says "sales how can I help you"?

He asks me for the order number and then says the camera had an issue. All the cameras that they got came broken (seriously?). It will take 8 weeks for new cameras to come.

I said please cancel the order and he said fine. he was trying to start some conversation and I kept the phone.

BAD BAD BAD. Never buy from this place.

"This company is similar to THUNDER CAMERAS. Located in the same area probably the same people. SO BUCKLE YOUR SEATS and let A US OFFICER tell you his story. I originally called GET ON DIGITAL or what ever they are, for the purchase of a CANON 580ex Speed-light for 249. Same thing as most, i got a email saying i need to call and confirm my order. Did that and immediately the SALESMAN/SUPERVISOR/OWNER "NICK" talked me into buying a Sigma 610 Super Dg for 388.28. He assured me that these "NEW" flashes were better than the 580 EXii and he said he used two of them as a photographer( you must have a lot of time on your hands to do all of this). So i was sold and i said OK, because at the time i really needed a flash. After doing some reviews on the flash i decided to stick with my original and called back for Nick. After i told him that i wanted to stick with the 580exii he FINALLY SAID I DON'T HAVE THAT IN STOCK IT WOULD BE ON BACK ORDER FOR 6-8 weeks. SO I TOOK HIS WORD and stayed with the SIGMA SINCE I NEEDED IT FOR THAT FOLLOWING WEEKEND.. After not being satisfied WITH THE Flash I TRIED TO RETURN IT. First Nick completed talked to my fiance like a piece of trash and said he would not refund the monies until he talked to me. I called and he told me that i would have to send in a $95 MONEY ORDER and the flash in order for them to refund my money.Well nick didn't know that i was a US OFFICER and i am in the process of bringing charges against his company as i type.... And o yea. DON'T CALL ME NICK!! Next its the BBB, then its CLARK HOWARD, then its your cities MAYOR> GOOD LUCK!!"

"This is the worst compay I have ever dealt with.
Don't get fooled by the cheap price you will never receive your item.
First I get a email to confirm my order when I called I was put on hold for 30min, then finally I got to confirm my order. Couple of days later I get the same email telling me to confirm my order, so I called to confirm but this time I asked them when will my item be shipped? they said in a day or two. a week later I called to make sure my order has been shipped but when I called they said my order was on back order for 6-8 WEEKS! What a Joke! This company is a Scam don't bother ordering. This company should never allow to sell their products on the web or anywhere else.

"Similar story made an online purchase that seemed to be 1/2 the price as everyone else...should have known anything too good to be true usually is.
Got an email from them next day to call due to fraud issues turns out they may be the executer.
Have to call & cancel the order as soon as they open tomorrow.
Real nice guys. You will pay in the end before God.

"Another internet online camera store is scam switch/bait. Ordered Nikon D90 and got an email to call and confirm order. Called the sales rep and he said that the price is for a camera that in Japanese only...how ridiculous...I didn't believe him. If I wanted the English version camera, I would have pay double the amount. I cancelled the order. I called my credit card company just in case this company charges me for the camera. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! Side note, their name sounds like GetitDigital.com which seems to be a good company based on their ratings."
