THIEVES - STAY AWAY

"Purchased & installed a Volvo OEM part from TASCA.

I mistakenly returned a different OEM part (sourced through FCPEuro), using TASCA issued RMA. Followed TASCA's return instructions. Proof of delivery was supplied. Made several calls and sent e-mails to TASCA explaining the part returned was intended for FCPEuro. Never once received a follow-up phone call, nor e-mail.

TASCA said it would "try" locate the part, and at my expense ship the part back to me, or - on my behalf - forward it to FCPEuro. Neither was done, and to date, TASCA not once reached out to me via e-mail, nor by phone, to discuss the matter. Instead, they’ve come to the determination that no refund, nor return of part, will ever take place.

TASCA’s RMA e-mail stated: "It typically takes 7-15 business days from the day your returned part arrives back at our warehouse to see your credit posted to your payment account”. Surely they could have reached out to me, flagging the returned item as different from that purchased? Mistakes happen, yet competent & reputable businesses have checks & balances in place to expeditiously deal with such issues.

Poor shipping times

"I paid for upgraded shipping and they took 10 days to get it in the mail. What good is charging me for fast shipping when tthey take that long to ship your order."

"I ordered a part through another entity called tascaparts.com, but reseller ratings does not have it in their POS database. Bottom line: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
This company could not find their butt with both hands. The 800# does not even work! Called Tasca Automotive Group in Rhode Island and was routed and rerouted until I was connected to the most belligerent person in the company. Be afraid... be VERY afraid.

"Awful service - extreme delays in shipping. I finally canceled my order after the 3rd call asking for a shipping tracking number and the parts not sent. The savings you gain with the cost of their parts is not worth the hassle."

"Terrible time with these guys. Ordered 2 parts one left door rod, one right door rod. They ship only one. Many emails later still nothing. File a cc chargeback and all of a sudden they want to talk. I tell them fine then ship it and bam, back on ignore mode. Never again, steer clear!!!"

"By far the worst online auto parts store I ever delt with. I ordered a simple AC part that they didn't have and had to special order it. And that's fine. But when I called 10 days later, they still didn't have it promising to receive it in next two business days. Supposedly, they have received it in the next THREE business days when I called again, stating it will be shipped the same day with expedite processing. I guess their interpretation of expedite shipping is FIVE days later because that's when I actually saw a shipment confirmation in my email. That makes me think that either they just don't give a damn much or they simply lied about having the part on hand. I haven't received the part yet to inspect but it doesn't change the fact of their poor customer service. Steer clear of this merchant."

"Not sure how this place stays in business with its poor organization.I placed an order online with Tasca Ford Parts for a couple of simple items that any Ford dealer would keep in stock.Tasca notified me of my order and said it would notify me when shipped.A week and a half went by and still no notification of the shipment.I had to call Tasca and ask what was wrong.The customer service guy said they had the parts in stock but was unsure why they werent shipped.He said he would ship them out today and apologized for the confusion since they must have forgot.

5 days later and i still never received a notification telling me my parts had been shipped.I had to call Tasca Ford again and i got the same guy and he basically told me they forgot to ship it.He promised me that he would overnite the parts and i would have them the next day.

The next day arrived and still no parts!! The parts eventually arrived at my house 2 days later.
Conclusion--this place has low prices but they are unorganized and quite forgetful.The customer service guy was friendly but he must not mind lying to people and not keeping promises.
I wont be ordering from this place again,that includes their webiste,Amazon store,or Ebay store.I really suggest you dont order from them as well or you may end up in the same situation with a broke down vehicle for 2 weeks.Thats too bad this place is so unorganized since their prices are cheap but theres no substitute for organization and getting the promised parts to people on time!
