"Recently placed an order for a trade show in Houston texas and notified Gershal brothers of the date needed. We received an email that if there was a problem they would contact us. Next week we received shipping information from gershal brothers which stated that the billing information was received by UPS. Threee days later the status had not changed and we contacted UPS to verify this information. UPS told us that the item had not been picked up yet. When we called Gershal Brothers back they said it always states this. (We knew better) It had not been shipped. With only 2 days to go to the show we asked Gershal brothers to credit our account since it had not been shipped. Betty Jane's response was we can credit your account but we will have to charge you a restock fee and an order cancellation fee plus shipping back to them. Remember the order never shipped. She was rude, ignorant, and totally useless. "
