"Horrible service, site posted item as "in stock" placed order 12/18/02 and have not received goods. In the process of canceling at this time. Next stop is the Better Business Bureau web site. Genesis Camera is a terrible business to trade with..."

"Horrible experience. Site said "In Stock". Credit card was immediately charged, of course. A week later, no scanner. I called and the sales person said that it shipped but couldn't give me a tracking number.

Hung up and immediately called Customer Service. She said "I don't know why he said that - we haven't gotten *any* in stock to date and don't have an ETA." I requested a credit card refund, and a month later I still haven't gotten it.

I was forced to charge back through my credit card company.
