"I ordered a radiator via website on Saturday and received it the following Thursday. It came in a cardboard box with styrofoam only on the corners. Thankfully, the box hadn't been hit on the front, sides, or back, since that probably would have damaged the contents. All screws and connections aligned perfectly. Be sure to save your old radiator, since the new one doesn't have a radiator cap, speed clips, or drain plugs, etc."

"I ordered a radiator for my 1971 Dodge Charger. They knew exactly what I needed, assured it will fit etc. I placed the order and sipped the same day Fed Ex. Fed Ex did not update the shipping information very well and it appeared like my radiator never left California, but actually it had. The radiator showed up on time as promised. The box had a couple small holes from the transmission cooler fittings, I was expecting the worse, especially when I saw the box said made in China. The construction was ok, but very light aluminum fins; you definitely get what you pay for. But I was pleasantly surprised; it fit perfect, didn't leak and cooled much better than the stock radiator. I'm not sure how long it will last, but I am extremely pleased."
"Ordered an all alluminum radiator from them. Shipped very fast, but did not fit like described online. Online it stated that there was "NO MODIFICATION NEEDED" on my part. Well, in order to install, I had to cut the radiator support frame so that the radiator would mount correctly, their radiator was too high. Radiator cap was not included, and could not use my OEM cap, had to buy a new one. States that the radiator was a "Dual Core," looks like only a single core with less core rows than the stock radiator. We'll see if it performs as well as the OEM."
"I ordered 2 side view mirrors (passenger and driver side). The dealership quoted me $175 per mirror plus $80 per mirror for labor!! Grand total: $510 before tax. Needless to say, my jaw dropped when I saw that I could purchase both mirrors with 1 day delivery from Genesis Auto Parts for $90 total. I called customer support to ensure that the parts I needed were in stock. The representative I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. I received my mirrors right away with no issues. I would definitely visit Genesis Auto Parts again."
"Ordered HID lights for my Yukon, got them and had 2 bad bulbs, Order was placed back in Dec. 2010, sent bad bulbs back and they received them and today is Feb.25th. 2011 and I have still not received them back.
When you call they always want to give an excuse, or the person you need to talk to is not in or will be back later, no supervisor is ever around.
They said they sent them on Wed. the Feb. 17th and you guessed it I still don't have them, Customer Service MY ASS !! I will NEVER order thru them again and Would Not recommend them to anyone for any reason, I would have rather paid a little more and got a company who gives a shit than a company who just wants your $ and could care less if you did business again or not.
