I bough memory but it did not work in my motherboard.
They send me new memory helped me with debugging the problem, even with the components that I did not buy from them.
At the end it turned out that the Asus motherboard was defective and not the memory.
Thanks to their help my problem was found and solved. The extra memory was returned end refunded (minus shipping cost off course).
It was great working with them and I would buy definitely again with this company.

"Excellent store. I was going on a cruise about 2 days after ordering and wanted to have the equipment (motherboard, cpu, case) when I arrived home. I requested that they put off shipping it until 3 days before the cruise's end - and sure enough it was there when I got home.
The order process was excellent. The sales person was very helpful (this was before you could order at their site). Although the motherboard I ordered is a piece of junk (literally) and I am getting ready for a new board (not the stores fault. I was not knowledgable in that area at the time and got lucky that board even worked) I was very pleased doing business with them.
I found them because I had won an auction on eBay for a PCI tnt2 video card (i needed one for a pci-less board) and won it for about $40. I was quite pleased with them there, and ended up buying a motherboard from them."
