"Overall my experience with GemDay was ok. The product I got was great and I am very happy with it. There was a problem with the shipping where the full address was not passed from GemDay to UPS and so shipping was delayed. Regarding this point I do however have a significant concern. I sent three emails to GemDay in the last week and none were replied to or acknowledged. This may just be an oversight and when I got no reply I called by phone and the operator was very helpful. However I would at least expect a reply from a company with GemDays reputation. I have one more email to send GemDay today so I will see if I get a reply."

"I have yet to recieve my order because of a apparent delay from the manufacturer. I have called Gen of the Day twice and each time spoke with Zack. Over the phone he is very friendly, responsive, stand up guy who has answered all my questions.
Although there is a delay, at this point in time my experience is a positive one and I will be a return customer."
"i like that i was easy to order the necklack and ring. the only issue was that there was mix up with my phone number and postal code. maybe in the future the person on the phone could check the info to make sure is correct and when it comes to the postal code use the alfa bravo charlie system instead of just the letter of the alphabet."

"ordered 10 days ago. Have not heard from them. $17 for foreign credit card transaction not listed as a fee.Are they a real company?
The company did call me within 4 hours of my complaint. They did say that they had failed to notify me of the backorder status. However they had not charged my account. I am going to check with my credit card company re the foreign transaction fee. Overall this was a minor glitch (I hope, as I have not yet received the product)"
