"I have not had a problem with my agent but the corporation is GARBAGE. Geico gives the appearance of being a good company but once you get past the cute little mascot you see the reality. I was nearly killed in an auto wreck by a reckless driver. When I gave my recorded statement, to the corporate operator, they wouldn't listen and they could barely speak in coherent sentences. The company acts like they are on your side and will "investigate" a claim. They don't. They blindly believe bias, police reports over hard, scientific evidence. They don't have time for that. They do nothing to protect you as a loyal customer. Right when you think everything is fine, they double or triple your policy for 3 years to recoup the costs. Avoid this company like the plague."
"I had a car accident, but I don't have liability for myself, and the guy who hit my car is disputing. And I called Geico, I said you need have someone to fight for me, cuz I'm your loyal client, and the other insurance company is investigating, but of course, they are protecting their customers. The girl said Awww, I'm sorry to hear that, and definitely they will do it for me. So she has all information about that insurance and will contact them immediately. Now I have a hope. Thank you, Geico. (People who lied about the accident, or anything, should be punished!!!)"
"I have Geico Insurance. I use the Phone app to show my card when I get pulled over (Not a lot LOL). The operators are always friendly and knowledgeable when I need to add something on to my policy (Like a family member) or another Car. The prices are reasonable and affordable for those on a lower income. I recommend Geico to all my Friends all the Time."
