Horrible

"Look on the review I wrote on their website. The responded by totally not telling the truth about the conversation I had with the person who answered the phone. I was not rude or unreasonable. I was upset that the order I placed 3 months ago hadn't been filled and then I find out that part of the order wasn't available anymore. Furthermore, their response to my review was not truthful. They lied about what was said and twisted their response to make me look bad. So not true. Bad policy's lead to no customers. Think about that before ordering from them. I'll never again order from them and recommend that anyone else doesn't either."

Worst Ever

"I have no idea how they are in business. Jut like the others, I can’t get a straight answer from these crooks. I ordered weeks ago and sent multiple emails..NOTHING. I am pretty sure I just got ripped off."

Do not use them!

"Put an order two weeks ago, they gave me an order number. I contacted the company after not receiving a confirmation email. When I called the company they didn’t even know what company I was calling. Finally, the woman said, Oh we’re Tactical Gear. She couldn’t even get the name right.

When I gave the order number, she was gone for about 3 minutes and then and then the product by Aimpoint was back ordered and she couldn’t give a time estimate when it would be available.

I’m law enforcement and need this scope for training. Until such time my training is suspended and so is my team’s. I used Gunbroker for this item and another with them for a muzzle break by Optics Planet, the experience was the same from them.

Therefore, Gunbroker, Gear Zone Tactical and Optics Planet are on my no go to list.

Absolutely the worse customer service in America!!!

"To call this company BAD would be upgrading how they really are! They do not even try to pretend to care about their customers! They are by far the worse company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I initially went to their website, www.gearzonetactical.com and found a scope for my rifle that I had been looking for, they showed a decent price and showed 4 in stock. So, I placed my order. I almost immediately received an email confirming my order and telling me it was being processed. Great...

So, I wait 5 days and keep hoping to get a tracking # and confirmation that it shipped, but nothing. So, I send out a friendly email asking for an update. I hear nothing back for 3 more days. So, I shoot out another email asking nicely, but firmly for an update. Again, nothing. Now, on day 10 I shoot out another email saying, I need to know what is going on with my order, it has been 10 days and I have heard nothing and that this is unacceptable. I finally get an email back on day 11, only 1 sentence..

We do not have your scope in stock, we only have a different model.

That's it! No other response, no other words of any kind! After wasting 11 days they don't even try to offer a fake apology, an offer to ship the different model, nothing! Just a complete blow off and the whole experience with them is just a huge waste of time!

I can't urge anyone reading this, who may be thinking about placing an order or shopping with these guys NOT TO! They clearly DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS and will just ignore you and then blow you off with their could careless attitude.

Buyer beware, stay clear of this fraudulent company and do not believe them when their site shows an item in stock!

Terrible

"After weeks and weeks with no delivery or communication I had to extract information regarding my $135 order of several multi cam assault vest pouches. Weeks later the order showed, with only a partial fulfillment. Still no info and I had to contact them directly again to ensure the remainder of the order was still being shipped. Slow and inadequate response, but yes it was to ship. I went TDY for a month and came back, still no delivery. Again , I have to contact them direct to get the response that it will be another 2-3 MONTHS for delivery. Their offer: wait or cancel and they will refund (partial) 14.99 in shipping. Worst online company I have ever dealt with and the last time I ever will."

"Ordered a sling and a sling plate on 2-4-2015, Didn't receive an email stating my order had shipped, that was 5 days later. So I called and was told that "the items are out of stock", she said, "someone else did not update the computer". I explained when I placed the order that online the items were in stock. She said, "I understand, I am waiting for an updated tracking number for the items you ordered to see when we will have them". I called back 4 days later and was told "the weather has been delaying our shipments". I called back a week later and by this point I had enough, I told her I wanted to cancel my order, she said "your order shipped today", I said well I did not receive an email with a tracking number, she said "you will in a few hours". 2 days later I did. Now it was sent 2 day priority mail, supposed to arrive today, it didn't. According to the tracking, its somewhere in Kansas City. I will NEVER purchase another item from this company again. I didn't receive an apology, NOTHING!!!!!!. So you can take your 3 rewards points you gave me for spending $80.00 at your store and give them to someone else.......... "

"I placed an order and nine days later it still hasn't shipped, no email, nothing? So I called them and was told that the woman who looks up orders was on the phone and she would call me back.....I waited a while and no call back. So I called them again. This time to cancel my order and I was told that my order had already been shipped from Condor and that I should receive it in a couple of days. That was obviously a lie. Looks like a small time, home based business, that doesn't stock anything and they just forward your merchandise order to someone else. Skip this unprofessional, want to be middle man of a company and find another supplier."

"On Sunday, 03/10, I placed an order for an item that I had difficulty finding. I located it in-stock and for a low price at GearZone Tactical. As of Wednesday, 03/13, my order was still listed as New, so I sent an e-mail to them. On Friday, 03/15, my order was still listed as New and I had not heard back from my e-mail, so I called to check on the status of the order as I had located the item at a local store.

Upon talking to someone, I was told that the item might have shipped, but that he was on the warehouse floor and needed someone in the office to call me back. I did not receive a call-back. On Monday, 03/18, I called back and spoke to someone else. When I asked to cancel the order, she canceled it right away with no question as to why I wanted it canceled.

Within minutes after the last phone call, my on-line order status was changed to canceled.

As I was in a bit of a crunch for the part, I figured I'd have the part in time if it shipped sometime during the week of 03/10, however, with no changes to the order status and no reply to my inquiries after 8 days, I could not wait any longer.
