I drove 2 hours one way to pick up the items, You forgot to put one in my parcel. After I contacted you to advise of your mistake and requested that the item be shipped to my Canada address because you forgot to put the item in the parcel, you simply ignored my request, offered no apology and shipped it to the US address making me have to drive another 4 hours round trip to pick it up!!!! not happy and will never deal with Gear XS again"
"I will not be using your site again to purchase items. My 100 batteries arrived in a mess. There was no attempt to pad the 2 boxes of 40 batteries each and the extra 20 were not packed or secured in any way. The result of your very POOR packing was one box being broken open and batteries rattling around inside the shipping box.
I would think a little common sense would have dictated some kind if filler to hold things in place and, at least, tape/secure the free 20 batteries in some manner!
Very disappointed! I just hope the batteries all work.
