"I ordered New Age Bold 3.0 Red 9 Piece Set with Stainless Steel work top in May,2022. .On June 7th, 2022, they notified me that the product had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. I have since attempted to track it, but no further information has been provided. No One called. On July 23rd, 2022, I called New Age. After some period of time they located the Cabinets and said that they thought they were in Kansas. They said they would call. I didn't hear from them until July 30th, when they called and left a message that they tried to reach many many times, but I didnt return the calls. This of course was false since my iPhone tracks all calls, and I received only one. I returned that call but was told the hold time would be 30 minutes I then was able to reach some on the 30th, who kept me on the line for 33 minutes and then told me he couldnt reach anyone at the trucking company. I have called the number 3 times today but have been told that the wait time is 30 minutes each time. I will be stopping payment on my credit card as I feel I have been Scammed. Do not do business with this company..."
"Ordered shelves in June, finally came six weeks later missing vertical posts and 2 damaged shelve boards. Contacted the company who take days at a time to respond and they said parts were back ordered and they would be another 6 weeks to replace. Replacement parts finally came and they sent the wrong pieces. This happened another 2 times! It’s now Dec, 6 months after paying for these shelves and I just got another deliver of the wrong pieces. I’m giving up at this point...."

"Placed order on Nov.5, 2013, for Gladiator products, promised ship between 7 to 14 days. On Nov.13, 2013 got a call from J.B Hunt shipping company to set up delivery on Nov. 21, 2013, I had to wait all day for delivery to sign paper work, but no body deliver or call me. Next day I contact J.B Hunt, they said they could not make it, and tell me to take another day on Nov. 27, 2013 and wait for delivery. Never order from this company again. If you have a lot of free time waiting for delivery."
"Placed order for Gladiator products (workbench and 2 under bench roller cabinets and powerstrip) on September 15 and was told it would be delivered in about 2 weeks and delivery company to contact me before delivery. After ordering 73" bamboo bench I noticed that Gladiator was selling slightly smaller 65" bench so I sent email asking if could switch to smaller bench and was told smaller bench won't fit cabinets. Contacted about 3 weeks after order and was advised that 73" bench was discontinued and that 65" bench would be substituted "at no additional charge". I asked why the bench would cost more if it was exactly the same only smaller and was told it would have cost more "because it fit the cabinets better". Asked when it would be delivered and was told first delivery would be Oct 18 and second delivery the last week of October and I would have to be home to sign for delivery. Never contacted so I sent email Oct 18 and was advised that first delivery was now scheduled for Oct 24 with second delivery last week of October. Again, no contact so send another email on Oct 24 and was advised that there were "quality control concerns" so delivery was pushed back to first delivery around Oct 30 with second delivery about Nov 18. Now Oct 31st - haven't heard a thing from Garage Appeal or the delivery company."

"The company may be fine, but the shipping company they use whirlpool Quality Express is incompetent so you may never get your order. I ordered something almost two months ago. still has not showed up. They tried to deliver initially without calling in advance. did not leave a note or anything saying they attempted to deliver and I never even received a call from them. I get an auto attendant every time I call and when I did finally get a hold of someone, they admitted they would have to try and find it in the warehouse and promised delivery today. its almost 3 and not even a call to let me know when they might come."
"I had a PERFECT experience by ordering through Garage Appeal. I placed an order early sunday morning of 2/12/12. I called the company on Monday the 13th to confirm that they received the order and obtain an estimated time to be shipped. I spoke with a female who stated they received the order and will confirm with the warehouse. She gave me an option for a return phone call or an e-mail response (I requested an e-mail). The next day I received an e-mail stating that the warehouse is waiting on 1 item but will send out the rest. I received all packages (except the item on back order) Thursday 2/16/12, this shipment included a gladiator mega set.
I would order from this company again."

Went online and placed the order. That time passed and I hear nothing. Called and was told that it would be at least another three weeks. Order cancelled."
