"Only a partial shipment arrived within the estimated 4 day shipping time. No communication from Garage Cabinets of a back order or other delay issue. Emailed customer service once and no response. On second email did get a response and apology that the other part of my order was not completed, for some reason. Customer Service agent said he reordered the missing parts. Still have not yet received the full order and it is now close to a month.
This will be the last time I order from this company!"
"Product was slow to arrive because they had to order it from their manufacture. Took about 2 weeks from time order was placed to arrive. That was really our only complaint. Product arrived and is a good product, solid and had no issues installing it in our garage. Although, had I realized I could just buy the items at Home Depot or Lowe's I would have done that and saved on shipping costs. When we looked at those places we didn't realize they were a universal fit with proper bolts to are hanging storage. We thought there was something different about the ones we ordered, turns out, they were the same bike hangers you can get at but came with the correct sized bolts, washers, nuts etc. "
