"Ok first off, let's talk about this site. So far it seems easy to navigate. Has a simple and straight forward return policy page and the item pages are like if you were to buy something on Ebay. Looks like they adopted eBays methods and added important details on the description page of the product.
I purchased an item that was described as "preowned" the description was accurate with what was included. This is my second time buying from these guys, my first experience was kinda ok....but I'm can't complaint cuz the price was great, my second experience, was way better. They have really put more effort in the way they package their items , delivery ahead of schedule and provide helpful info regarding product. They have also made it easier to understand the return policy. Even a child can understand it lol. No means no, yes means yes.
