"I ordered a gold pass for Xbox. The screen with verification code left as soon as it came so I couldn't get verification number. Then I noticed that previous attempt that said had failed was placed. I waited forever and no code came. I called the number (which was Hong Kong btw) and it rang and then hung up. I created a ticket for my questions with no answer... Totally ****.

"They sold me a code that was not valid in my region. I ask them to send me another code or give me a refund. They said they can give me a refund within 7 days and asked me not to try activating the code again or not to send the code to anyone else, so I did not. After a few days and no refund I contacted them again asking what's taking so long and they tell me that the code has been activated and they have to assume it was me. I contacted Xbox Support and they tell me that the code they sent me has never been activated by any account.

This company is trying desperately to steal my money without giving me a working product. DO NOT trust gamesdeal.com and DO NOT buy anything from them. I don't even know if I trust the other reviews on this website."

However, After placing my order and then waiting, i recieved an email stating that my money would be refunded. In 3 business days. I paid with my PayPal.

The customer service email stated they are not safe accepting PayPal or credit card payment. Due to fraud. Should I send cash though the internet or write a check. Not and option.
Bad service. Bad practice to just cancel orders. Atrocious way to treat someone who wants to use your service. They should have contacted me about the charge.

"I purchase a Xbox Live Gold Membership.
The Code they sent me does not work in the Untied States. They had me try multiple different ways of trying to get the code to work, including a number of "backdoor" links. After attempting to enter the code in about 8 different ways at the behest of their customer service department, they refused to send me a code that is appropriate for my region. After wasting a lot of my own time on a product they took my money for, they are now advising that they don't trust me to not give the code to someone else and wont refund my money for "several working days".
Horrible experience, horrible customer service, bad grammar on every single email I received from them. STAY AWAY if you are in the united states. "

"I had bought a while back windows 8.1 and needed then to resend original email to me that had the activation key as i had lost email could not find it or a image as i sometimes take screen shots of pages for security reasons and alas could not find, so requested it to be resent to me and to this date no response what so ever so very disappointing has put a dampener on purchasing again through you guys .
