"Ordered a game from here and received an invoice within about 2 minutes of ordering, then waited for my key code to arrive, and kept waiting, Then I looked at customer support ( a website not a direct representative) When i entered my invoice number it said that The payment needed to be "verified" to do this I had to give them my number and they would call with a verification code. They called me and it was an automated message with my verification code I entered it and the website said everything was good and I would receive my code in 15 minutes, its been a couple of hours.

Now when i go back to the customer support and try and see the status, it says the same thing about needed to be verified (even though I have done this multiple times and it says everything is good) feeling really great about loosing all my money.
