"We ordered the merchandise (two Nintendo DS game cartridges on Nov. 26, 2011 and they haven't arrived still (12/21/11). We have contacted Games-advance.com and now we started a PayPay resolution center dispute. The company sent an email saying they shipped on Dec. 4 and that it would take 10-14 days to arrive. It's pretty bad when we order a month before Christmas and still don't have the merchandise. They didn't say it was being shipped from somewhere in Asia, but they gave a shipping number in their Dec. 4 email that had a tracking number that cannot be tracked on any website I can find. At this point, my suggestion is buyer beware. At this point I would like to have the games my son is expecting to receive with the new Nintendo DS game system he is going to get for Christmas. I have even considered just going out to buy the games locally, but then I can't even be sure at this point if I am going to be given a refund yet from Games-advance.com."

"At first I was very disappointed in this website, because it took around 14 days from when I purchased my to get my game. Then when I got it, it didn't work properly. Then I emailed Games-advance and they told me some tricks to try and solve the problem; didn't work. So they told me that they would send me a new one, and around another 14 days I got my second game, and it works great. So they turned around my whole impression of there business. Thank you Games-advance!"

"I have been very disappointed with the service I received from Games-Advance.com. If you think what you're buying from them is a good deal, think again. I ordered a game back in late November and was told it would arrive in 10-14 working days. After three weeks, we hadn't received anything so I contacted them and was told to expect delays because of the holidays. In the first week of January I began emailing them again about not receiving our GBA game. They told us it could be caught up in customs or waiting in our post office. Since there was no tracking number (and judging by others reviews here about trying to track packages I'm thinking they never provide one) we were unable to check where it got stopped. I checked our post office in person and over the phone. I repeated this four times, each time emailing Games-Advance and telling them we had received no package. Each time I was told to check again and wait. Last week, February 15th, nearly 2 and a half months later, they told me they'd resend the package. We still haven't received anything and I'm skeptical we will. I would not buy from this vendor but would recommend you spend the extra $5 or so and buy from Amazon or somewhere else. This website gives you the run around. They don't even tell you where they're based. It's a very fishy establishment and I regret thinking it worth saving $5 for all the trouble I went through. I'll post later if I receive my package in the next two weeks. If not, assume that this website has failed to meet its obligation with its customers."

"I ordered a DS game from this company. I paid $29.95 for the game and $32.50 for shipping. It advertised 5-7 days. I went ahead and ordered it as a Christmas gift. On December 23, I had not received the package so I began e-mail correspondence with the customer support department of games advance. The first inquiry got me a response of, "I am sorry that your game has not arrived yet, we shipped it on 12/16". The company that they used to ship it was EMS express. When I googled their name, it sent me to a website that would track packages. Everytime I put the tracking number that games advance gave me in, it said that it was not a correct number. After asking games advance for more help, they directed me to a web page titled http://track.thailandpost.co.th/trackinternet/Result.aspx. Personally, I don't see EMS express anywhere in this website, but I proceeded to attempt to track my package. I found that the entire website was written in Thai. While this website accepted my tracking number, I was unable to read where my package might be. Tomorrow is Christmas eve and I assume that I may not have my game. I would never do business with this company again if for no other reason that their poor choice in shipping providers!"

"I recently purchased a gba game from games-advance.com and to my opinion, it was utterly disappointing. Please visit the following link to their "disclaimer" about their "new games":

What this means is that games you buy that are categorized as "new games" will come in a plastic cartridge (mine was shaped as a gba) that prevents shock damage during shipment. Games-advanced also claims that their games are "new", but why do you need to test a game that is new? Unless it was originally used! Manufacturers have plenty of quality control on their games and video game retailers like ebgames or gamestop don't open all of their gba games so they can "test" to see if their new games are working properly. In my opinion the whole deal is just a scam by games-advance.com

They simply tell you that their games are new (although you get no original box or manual or any other proof of the game being new) and use a privacy statement that covers up the fact that their games are actually "used" though they tag it as new. Furthermore, my game cartridge was actually chipped when I got it (the chip of plastic off of my cartridge wasn't even in the enclosed plastic case that it came in. This can only mean that the product was originally damaged even before they shipped it, not during shipping. This is just more evidence that their claim to test the games as a measure of quality control is just a scam).

I don't recommend you to buy from this site at all. I'm going to report this scam to the proper authorities as of now. If you want a bad experience for buying games online, this is it. You'll wait a long time for your shipping (I waited from Oct. 25 2009 to Nov. 9 2009; this totals 2 weeks and some odd days). Go buy from ebay if you want a game that is tagged properly for its condition.

Additional Note: After further careful inspection of my product, I have determined that the product was a fake. That's right, FRAUD. Quality of cartridge design, missing signatures, blurred Nintendo quality seal and ESRB rating graphics, etc are just some examples of evidence that I received a fraud game. Those of you who have purchased your products from this site, I recommend you double check your product.
