"Great service, ordered late in the day on OCT. 8 it shipped still that night even though it was eastern time zone. great price, except for what others say shipping was a tad bit high, I decided to get 3 day for .90c more. Overall I am very impressed with the whole process being painless. Of course I have not received the items yet, I just had to comment though after a recent horror story with Go Gamer.

Great company, nice people sadly UPS delivered to wrong address, package is missing threw no fault of GameExpress. I'm very unhappy with ups, they are impossible to deal with, I had to dispute the charge on my card for the time being until, I get my product or get charge removed when UPS gets off its lazy ass and credits GameExpress for the loss. I must say I will be avoiding UPS at all costs after this, they treated me very poorly which is no reflection on GameExpress which I hold in High regard."

"Let me start of by saying that they have some phenomonal prices. And they got my stuff to me in under a week. That being said, my only complaint is with their website design. You have to go to the classic systems by clicking the "more" button on the top right part of the page, then use the alphabetical links above the product list. If you go to systems by using the search box on the left, you'll end up going to Genesis 32X every time you try to get to the next page of product for whatever system your looking at. But after i figured this out I didn't have any problems. And I think they are a good place to order games from."

Once again GExpress amazes me with their customer service. They accidentally shipped the wrong game so I simply Emailed them. Phil responded appologetic and asked to ship back the wrong item (they would cover the cost of shipping back), asked if I wanted a refund or to ship out the game I had asked for. They shipped out the right game fast. Kept up excellent communication through the whole time. Very Professional!"
