"I picked up the 6800GT & Doom 3 bundle for $400, a great deal for the bundle IMHO. Alas, the card was borky and it died in just under three weeks.

The RMA process was simple, and I got a new bare card in good order in three weeks door-to-door (It was on back order for 5 days and it was Xmas and New Year). I paid the return shipping - UPS Ground.

I think their web site is subpar compared to others, but I trust the people running the company. I talked to one person, who repeated the RMA process for me so I wouldn't make a mistake.
