"I've been ordering my Star Wars Miniatures from GameOutfitter.com for a long time now and it has been a joy. I plan to buy a fair amount of booster packs. So the more you buy the cheaper they are with them. The Savings are good! On a couple occasions I had some questions about my order or when the pre-orders would start and they promptly replied to my emails. Plus, an actually person replied - not some automated response. The Services is Good! Of all the shipments I have received from them they have all come on time and with no damage. The shipping is Good too! So overall a great experience shopping with them. I would recommend them to my friends and I actually do!"

"First, Gameoutfitters.com did not say this was limited to customers who placed their orders in 2009 or 2008. The invoice number I have provided was from an order placed at the end of 2006.

As to the store experience, I was satisfied with the ordering and products I received. Of the six (6) packs, two (2) had dented packages, but the contents were undamaged. As these were for personal use and not resale, this was not a major issue. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rank the experience around an 8.

"Pre-ordered a case of miniatures two weeks before release. Release of the set was delayed, but GameOutfitter made sure to let me know of the change. Product arrived shortly after new release date in near perfect condition. Friendly and efficient, would definitely order from again."

"Abysmal service. Gameoutfitter.com shipped part of my purchase 2 weeks after I placed my order and neglected entirely to send the third item. The company did not respond promptly to emails inquiring about my order. It turns out that the third item was out of stock, but they did not feel compelled to reveal this information until several emails had been exchanged. Almost a month after I placed my order Gameoutfitter.com admitted that they could not fulfill my order. "

"I placed an order at gameoutfitter.com the day after Christmas. The confirmation email I received told me I could expect to receive my order in 5 to 7 business days. Two weeks later, I had still not received notification of shipment. I contacted customer service and they assured me that it would be sent out soon. Since then I have tried contacting customer service 3 more times and have never gotten a response. Upon checking my bank statement, I found that my account was never even billed for the purchase. I am terribly frustrated and have now cancelled my order. The lack of customer service responses alone is reason enough for me to NOT recommend this merchant."

"I ordered several games on 12/14/08, hoping to receive them by Christmas, and certainly by New Year's. The order arrived on 1/5. One of the games was missing. There was no packing slip showing the status of my order.

I emailed support and never received a reply. I emailed again a few days later and never received a reply. Finally, five days after my original order arrived, the missing game arrived. What TERRIBLE customer support that they DON'T EVEN RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS!!!!!!!!

It took over 3 weeks to get my order and it wasn't complete. It took A MONTH to get all the games I ordered with NO repsonse from customer support

"I was excited about the prices of this company, however, they were unable to deliver the product as promised. It particularly bothered me that there was no phone to contact them when a problem arose -- an order didn't arrive as promised, but I waited a couple of weeks before contacting them just in case there was some problem with the manufacturer's delivery. When I finally did contact the 17 days after the proposed delivery date, I was told they had sent an email on a certain date (the only one of about ten from them never received) informing me of the problem. When confronted about the problem, they offered no copy of this supposed email and asked what to do with the items on the order. I cancelled the order but now had to scramble to find all these items at other locations and ended up paying extra for them to arrive by Christmas. GameOutfitter seems really unconcerned about their inferior customer service and have yet to even hint at an apology for their botch. Needless to say, they will never receive my business again."

"On Nov 29 I ordered the Catan 8 pack bundle as a family Christmas gift. It shipped on Dec 2 and arrived less than a week later. We wrapped it all up until Christmas. This last weekend (New Year) we opened up the Knights and Cities to add it to the Basic and Seafarers versions that we were playing. Unfortunately the event die was missing. I waited until Monday to contact gameoutfitters because I wasn't sure I would get a response over a holiday weekend. I was a bit concerned when I couldn't find a phone number right away, but I sent an email and hoped for the best. In less than 30 minutes I got a reply with information about how to contact the replacement/fix department at Mayfair games.

This was a Mayfair mistake, not one of gameoutfitter, but they very quickly gave me the information I needed to request the missing die from Mayfair. I was a bit concerned when I couldn't find a phone number right away, so all in all, I'm pleased with my order and their customer service.

"TERRIBLE !

I canceled my order with Game Outfitter. Since placing my order on December 20th, they abjectly failed to meet my expectations for even minimal service or order fulfillment:

1. The order was not received in 5-7 business days as stated.
2. No UPS tracking number was received.
3. Their promise to reply promptly to emails in 24-48 hours was not kept. I must conclude all communications are ignored.
4. They do not list a phone number or other means to resolve this matter.

"Do not buy from this company. I ordered a game from them on December 14th, and received an email acknolwedgment right away. The acknowledgement said that I would receive another notice when the item was shipped. After 3 days and no shipping notice, I sent an email to inquire (there is no phone number listed on the website). I did not receive a response. Finally, on 12/19, I received an email saying that the item was out of stock and would not be shipping until after Christmas. Since I wanted the item as a gift, I had to cancel my order and buy it at the store. I sent an email telling them to cancel on the 19th, and another on the 22nd, and have STILL heard nothing back from these people. This is about the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their low prices are *not* worth it."

"ordered 4 games on Dec 3 , when I go to site found my invoice but nothing has come, customer servie has not returned any of my emails, I should have realized this was not a trustworth company when there is no phone number to call when you need help. you can't update any info unless you are ordering again, I called a tn listed in the yellow pages for the address and it is listed as game planet I got a voice mail big surprize, bah , Im sorry I sent a friends to the site as they are all having the same problem
the only thing I can think is only 1 person works there. And doesn't know how to do the job. Too bad because they had really great prices , No wonder. No one works there so they don't have to pay anyone. Christmas is a bad time to get poor customer serives because it will cause a person to never use them again when you are disappointed in a companies poor perfomance.
