"After I placed my order I sent an email to inquire about when the order would ship...it had been a number of days and I hadn't gotten a shipment confirmation. Their response was extremely rude, which prompted me to cancel the order before it was even shipped. I have been trying to get a refund from them for the past three months, to no avail. Their response is always the same..."Your refund check will be mailed to you in 2-3 business days". I wish I had looked them up on a website like this before I made this huge mistake. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!"

"Their payment and shipping methods are different and hard to adjust to, but their pricing is hard to beat. I had to follow up a couple of times to get the shipping process started... but I saved a decent amount of money.

I just bought a small TV/DVD combo. It took longer to get than I am used to, but I wasn't in a hurry, so it didn't matter that much. I would definitely do business with them again.

"This is my first experience with GameCeller.com and was quite challenging. I have placed my order for a cell phone on Dec 28th 2008, and got it a month later on Jan 27th 2009. The website did not accept credit card payment and I had to use my checking account. The site indicated processing and shipping time of up to 10 business days and I was expecting the shipment to be delivered by January 14th latest. However they were unable to process the payment and it took about 3 and a half weeks to clear the credits and another 3-4 days to ship the product. Overall my rating would be 4 out of 10. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Pros:
- The site offers reduced prices for various items. (The price was the cheapest for the model I was looking for)
- Simple, easy to navigate.
- Seamless check out
- Email response to inquiries within the business days (usually less than 24 hours).

Cons:
- Communication is email only.
- There is no phone number or live chat option.
- Order status may not be up-to-date and it requires consumers to pull information rather than auto updates. (This could be a potential bottleneck for growing customer base, especially when transactions have problems)
- Processing payment is slow

"After over 2 weeks (12 business days) I was told ,after emailing them, that their supplier didn't have the item I ordered in stock and I could keep waiting or cancel my order. My previous 2 inquires I was told to wait until after 10 business days before they could update me on an estimated shipping date.

Good prices, free shipping.

Doesn't take CC or paypal, only echeck when I made my purchase, now some other form of bank direct epay.

The email response was fast, I just wish it didn't take over 2 weeks to find out they don't have access to something they're selling, even if it is a refurb item.

"I've just received the P3 w/bonus game from GAMECELLER.COM. They have unbelievable deals and free warranty. I've paid $350.00 for the console/game/shipping. The P3 came today(1/27) and I've placed an order and paid with eBill on 1/21.The communication is satisfactory via Live Chat, they answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns before I ordered.
