"What an incredible disappointment over and over again with Gallery Direct in simply trying to enlarge a print to hang on my wall. Three botched photo canvases led me to spend a lot more on an acrylic print which arrived looking beautiful, but after 5 days on my wall, it came crashing down, destroying 6 pictures on the table below. Shoddy workmanship prevented the backing from which the pic hung from holding any longer. So it simply fell and broke, causing other damage along the way. Sure I got a refund, but not for the broken pics below, nor the figurine from my mother who died last year. Shame on Gallery Direct. Their workmanship is awful. But there customer service department couldn't have been more professional. Too bad. Never again."
