"I would highly not recommend doing business with Galactic Snow Sports. I ordered a pair of ski boots in early April online. They were to small so I wanted to return them. Tried many times to contact them. No one picks up the phone. No one responds to the emails. The 800 number went out of business. I called UPS to find out if they were still in business -- they indicated they were. So on faith I returned the boots via UPS, thinking if they were out of business -- the boots would be returned to me in any event. They were delivered on May 8 and signed for by Burger. No credit was issued and again no one picks up the phone -- no response to messages. Now I notice that there website says that they are closed for summer inventory."
"I loved receiving my 4 snowboards so quickly from this company. My only problem is one of the boards had black sharpie writing all over the board with other peoples names and crossed out... looked junky."

"I recently purchsed a pair of "demo Skis" from this website and was very very disappointed with what I paid 200 dollars for plus shipping. Needless to say they were not demo skis and they were sent to me dirty, rusted, loose bindings and stickers all over from the rental shop in Steamboat CO. I sent these skis back plus more shipping cost and have not seen a refund. Although they said they are refunding me oly 170.00 becuase of restocking, I have not seen the money. This company provided me with very poor service and they have the audacity to not give me my full refund plus the additional cost I had to EAT to send the junks back to them.
I do not recommend Galactic Snow Sports to anyone who wants quality customer service."
