"First, I was told that the free lenses promotion was going to last up to a certain date by a sales representative. Then Gaffos created a new sales promotion and terminated the free lense promotion prior to the date I was given. Fortunately, the Gaffo representative that I spoke with was able to get me approved for the free lense promotion if I placed my order that day. I placed my order through the free lense promotion. However, I received a subsequent telephone call within which I was informed that the frames that I had selected were mistakenly described as being eligible for prescription lenses. In other words, I was offered an opportunity to select other frames. However, I was so disappointed that I chose not to place another order. I had searched long and hard for frames that I liked and was so disappointed that I just could not go through that effort again. "

"Bought a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses. A year later the outer layer of the lens started peeling of. Emailed Tomford directly, got told they didn't knew where Gaffos gets it's lenses from and that they weren't an authorised dealer. Emailed Gaffos about this and all they offered was a 10% discount on my next order.... Didn't address any of my concerns!!!"
