"Horrible experience with this store. They had great prices, but when it came to after sales support good luck! They have a separate number for Pre-Sales and After-Sale. You will MIGHT get someone on the After-Sales number. The Pre-Sales people send you to after sales which no one ever answers. All this over a different shipping address. By the time I could get them to straighten things out EIGHT DAYS LATER!!! I was so T'd off I cancelled the order and got it from CyberEstore dot com where I should have gotten it to begin with."
