"No one website is perfect, particularly in the auto parts arena. I like the graphics better on GM Direct, but GM Prime's shipping fee is more reasonable, thereby being a better value overall.
As for my star rating of 4 vs. 5, unfortunately, GMPartsPrime does not accept voice calls, so you can't talk to a live person when clarification is required. Their email and chat features are useless."
