Bureaucratic nightmare that doesn't end!

"Ordered a 20" sterling silver lobster claw clasp chain. Never arrived. Gemaffair says they got confirmation that it was delivered to my mailbox. Not true--never was. Seven months later, I get a sealed box from Gemaffair. It has an 18" ss chain with a spring ring clasp, but the invoice has what I originally ordered on it! I tried to call them--the invoice said call if there are any problems--and listened to a LONG recording that essentially said you have to email them. Why they publish an 800 number when they don't want calls, I'll never know.

So I contact Gemaffair by email--telling them I just got the box yesterday--and they said it had been over 30 days since I paid for it so they would not accept a return. No interest in the problem, resolving anything, etc.

So, I paid for an item, got an inferior one months later, and now Gemaffair can't be bothered.

I would NEVER do business with this company again! Also, you can't actually call and talk to anyone--they want email only so they don't have to handle anyone in real time.
