"It is now April 28 2003. I have received nothing and the owner is now ignoring my emails. Before when I emailed him he would just make up some excuse and say that he did ship the packages and ship me a refund check...but it seems I haven't received anything. Its not an address problem as I get stuff chipped to me from addresses all around Canada. Like I said above, he now will not email me back at all. I have contacted the BBB of quebec, I don't think they can do too much though. I've lost 220 dollars...thats a lot to a University student.
