"Gawminers has always been pretty good to me.

They do have some staffing issues and are a baby business that is still implementing new practices so delays are to be expected.

However every ticket that I have submitted has been dealt with in less than 10 days, Plus if I call their 800 number it is usually dealt with that same day.

on another note all together.

They DO delete negative posts and reviews. I have personally witnessed this,

My Hashtalk account is actually shadow banned/Quieted due to me stating my thoughts openly and I think that this is a downright low business practice.

But aside from that Gawminers is still one of the best cloud mining services on the web in my opinion.

"GAW customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have had many tickets due to inept staff mistakes, RMAs, shipping errors. Even the simple matters that should take 1 day to resolve get measured in weeks, current ticket for shipping miners out of hosting is current going 30 days without resolution. They are happy and fast when you are spending money. As soon as support is required be prepared to wait."

"Gawminers seems to be pretty shady.

I had a bad experience with one of their products, which isn't that big of a deal.

Stuff happens.

What makes them scum bags, is that when I left a negative review, they deleted it.

I reposted it over 10 times, every time it was deleted within a few hours.

All the positive reviews that were there before I posted, are still there today.

Now they hold all reviews for staff approval.

Shady shady business practices.

For all we know, their products could have an 80% failure rate, but we would never know, if they deleted 80% of their reviews.

Just my 2 cents
