Mistake of my life.

"I give it a zero if there was a 0 up there. I am so disappointed my furniture fell apart I paid so much money for the couch and chair w/ ottoman. I took the warranty plan paid a lot of money for it. Immediately the couch on bed service came in they would not friendly they would not nice I even tip them $10 when I shouldn't have second time had him back because the couch fell to the floor said there's nothing wrong with it but when he sat in it he fell to the floor. I am a single mother with a sick child and the reason I bought a certain chair because my daughter has the worst case of scoliosis needed surgery and to sit in a decent chair the chair stinks the couch stinks the ottoman stinks everything and I lost $3,000. Every time I call them they said call the repairman call the repairman that is not a good way to handle the situation. I feel like I was taking advantage of with the situation. One of my co-workers goes to tell me she bought furniture for them and within a year she had to throw it in the dumpster I wish I had never taken out the warranty and thrown in the dumpster too. It's a shame it really is a shame that nobody really cared kept on hold ignored text emails nothing got taken care of. I no longer will accept calls from them and I'm not letting anybody go over there to buy furniture that I know. Garbage. Now I'm stuck with a couch chairs the hole when you lean your arms on the chairs it's dented in it's sharp it ****. It makes me very angry that no one helped me they helped me the first time smiles and chipper on the phone and then that was it I screwed up and I pay the warranty like a dummy. I'm sure I'm still under warranty cuz my furniture is not old but I will not lower myself and call these people. I got taken advantage of and I was scammed. Do not buy furniture from them they smile in your face they're nice and they won't help you when you need them. I never get bad reviews I'm a kind person I feel like I've been taking advantage of. "

bait 'n switch -- liars!

"I recently bought two counter barstools. When they arrived one was defective, and the store said they would send it back and ask for a replacement. After calling and calling week 2, they finally "found" the box in the warehouse and said my barstool would be ready in ~30 mins. So I show up and the same defect was in the supposedly "new" barstool.

Turns out, they didn't order a new barstool -- they simply ordered new "parts." If the "parts" were defective in the first place, why did they tell me they were ordering another new barstool, when in fact, they tried to get away w/ just ordering new "parts" and hoping I wouldn't notice?

So now we're into week 3 of this stupidity, with no barstool, and hoping that the supposedly new barstool is not defective when it comes in. I hate being lied to and being told a new barstool was ordered, when in fact it was not, and on top of that, they were hoping I wouldn't notice. This is deception of the first magnitude!!! Of course, they denied they are liars.
