We were a little disappointed when we had to walk and inquire assistance, as no one was around to assist us. It was delivered quickly to the store from the distribution center. We were unaware of the protocol for picking up furniture, but it was a smooth transition."

I never received the gift card, I proceeded to call the store and was told someone would call me back. I have had a pleasant experience until now. I would be more than happy to rewrite this review if I knew this was a legit deal. I was going to be more than happy to recommend you to people, but until this gets cleared up I won't. The other issue I had is when I purchased my couch & table there was an offer for a free tablet, I was originally eligible for it until I called & stated I found the couch for a lower price I was not able to receive the tablet. It is not my fault you don't check your prices. I also found the table for a lower price yesterday, but have notcalled yet. I'm afraid it's probably too late.for a refund. It comes to a total of about $40 I think. I had a feeling there was something fishy about your offers. I wrote a good review on my first purchase, I was not sure how to be able to start from fresh, as you can tell the order # is different from my first review."

"love the chair and the price! but the delivery was a huge nightmare. i had bought the chair almost two months prior to christmas (as a gift for my husband), and arranged for it to be delivered EARLY december 24th. well, then i talk to them the day before it was supposed to be delivered only to find out that my delivery period would be from 2-5pm! we were leaving to go out of town, so we had to wait until the chair came. well, 5:30 rolls around and still no word!! i call up to your store off metcalf, where they tell me the driver was "just on the phone" and would be to our house in 15 minutes. i was frustrated, but we had no choice but to wait. when it was 6:15- another 45 MINUTES after the second delay, i call back to your store, where they tell me it will be another HOUR or so! the chair wasn't delivered until after 7:20, almost 2.5 hours after the latest time in my delivery bracket- and not even CLOSE to the morning delivery i had requested months ago! the manager refunded my delivery fee, but the whole experience ruined out christmas plans and made us hours late getting out of town."
