"OK So I don't feel so bad.. I am in Good Company...

Ordered Desk over phone.. after website was iffy between backordered items and limited availability.. So I called in to confirm... Desk was ordered.. and like EVERYONE ELSE.. waited!.. and waited.. finally I contact them.. whadduyah know.. its was backordered, but it wasn't thier fault.. oh no Mayline just did not update them in time.. aha.. pass the buck.. well the next time I won't pass my buck thier way.. Michael Philips Customer Care Supervisor.. did not seem to really CARE.

"NEVER, NEVER, order from FurnitureBuzz! They give you misinformation, they stonewall you, and they just plain LIE to you! I ordered a Z-Line tv stand from FurnitureBuzz. I finally got it, and the stand is great, but the aggravation and frustation in trying to deal with FurnitureBuzz was tough to deal with. FurnitureBuzz' "customer service" department should be called their "customer torture" department. NEVER, NEVER, will I order from FurnitureBuzz again."

"Furniturebuzz.com has a very clear message on their website that they have a guaranteed lowest price offer. After some thorough research on my end, I found a website that in fact had a lower price then their website 999.99 instead of 1235. The response I got from funiturebuzz.com was "I have checked Step2’s web site and have found that they are offering the item for $999.00 with free shipping. Unfortunately we are not able to match their price at this time." This company is not an honest company. Why would you have a huge price guarantee advertisement on your website, if you are unwilling to match a price? I read their disclosure statement and the store that had a cheaper price met EVERY condition. Stay away from this website. If they can't be honest about a guaranteed price match, you don't want to do business with this company."

"Ordered several items, bookshelves, media tower wardrobe, L desk, prices very reasonable and everything was listed as in stock and shipping within 3-4 days. Called in 3 and was assured that everything will ship by Friday. When it did not called 2/9/2007 to check the status and found out that bookshelves were discontinued and company was holding order because it to make long story short 2 emails later which were ignored and 4 phone calls with looong wait times i found out that rest of the order would not ship until mid march because desk went on backorder at this time. Canceled the order waiting for a refund.
I was never contacted about problems and had to pry information from them

"Ordered a StudioRTA Adapta Desk (48x30", model 32723) on 1/5/07. Website stated that it was in stock and would ship in 3-4 days. Did not arrive until 1/30/07. Repeated emails to determine shipping status were ignored. Called repeatedly (interminable wait on hold) only to be told that the StudioRTA sales rep was unavailable and over the weeks that followed no one at FurnitureBuzz followed through to see what the problem was. When I attempted to cancel the order, I was told that they had to confirm with StudioRTA that desk had not been shipped which of course meant getting in touch with unreachable sales rep. Desk finally shipped and I was promised a 20% discount which I have not yet received--email asking about it has been ignored. I will not order from FurnitureBuzz again."
