Earmuffs not adjustable,

"Earmuffs not adjustable, and would not fit ,hung down below ears. ( tried on for 10 seconds!)
Plus they will not give full refund and The return postage was $16.00, I am not a happy customer!

Off Sizing - Excessive shipping charges

"My slippers did not have a sole, could barely tell the difference between left and right shoe, and weirdly sized. I also agree with the negative reviews regarding return shipping. I essentially spend $10 to receive and $15 to return a pair of slippers that were miss-sized. Their US size 9 did not fit my 8.5 foot (too tight at the foot bed, too loose at the heel), my 2 sisters' size 9 feet, nor my mom's size 8. How can they not get sizing right with 2 other North American slipper companies (who sell millions of moccasins) to use as a frame of reference?"

"I've purchased from a number of online fur retailers, and the quality of products from Fur Hat World is far superior to any of the other sites I've ordered from. The fur feels thicker and looks better. The shipping was also quick."

Not worth the money!

"Their $90 Shearling Sheepskin Fudd hat is not worth it. the sweat band wrinkled immediately, leaving vertical red marks on my forehead every time I wear it. After four months of wear, the cheap vinyl edging on the ear flap has cracked all around the back and where it joins the top. One seam is coming out.
They are clearly selecting the reviews on their web site. None of the reviews address this product after several months of use, and there is only one since February of 2016. I posted these comments on their web site today, 3/12/17.

"People stay away, this people are thieves. They sent my package exactly two weeks ago. I keep asking for a tracking number and they say they have none. They told me my package should arrive between 4-6 days. It's been 14 days now. And they have stopped responding to my emails. I'm starting to believe that I've been scammed by this people. After paying 329$. I don't know what or how to get my money back. "

"I purchased a pair of black leather, shearling lined women's gloves. In one week, the stitching on the right thumb had unraveled, exposing my thumb. The left glove appeared as though the stitching was also defective. When I contacted the company, presented photos and requested they resolve the problem with the defective merchandise, I was met with resistance and a lack of accountability. FURHATWORLD.COM was not willing to correct the problem without inconveniencing me AND having me incur added expenses for their failure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION AS BEING REPUTABLE."

"I purchased two pairs of sheepskin slippers for grandchildren. The product is excellent, although sized small. So, I had to exchange one pair of slippers for a larger size and that's where the problems are... and they are big ones.
Their policy on the surface is really misleading. I thought I would get reimbursed for shipping the replacement pair. So, I followed their instructions and purchased a new pair, including that order # with the pair I returned.
I expected at least a refund on the shipping for the replacement pair of slippers. I paid a lot to return the original slippers. I had to pay $16 for international USPS return shipping + shipping on the replacement (exchange) pair of slippers...
They should have extended free shipping on the replacement pair (as I had met the 2 pair minimum for free shipping with the original order).
I could have and should have purchased the replacement pair from someone else who had FREE shipping, and just kept the original slippers for all the money I spent in shipping.
While legally they have themselves covered in their exchange policy... Their service is NOT customer friendly or fair in this competitive market.
I will not purchase from them again and will not recommend that others do so.

"My first experience with this shop was good so I placed another order with confidence. Unfortunately the coat that arrived without delays was of very poor quality / defective. I sent it back for refund. I had to exchange quite a few emails with them to find out how to go about it (it wasn´t possible to insure the package to Canada so I wanted to get some reassurance in writing that should it get lost, I wouldn´t be held responsible.). The amount for the coat itself was refunded, however postage (either way) wasn´t. I had to write another email and ask them to do that. They then refunded the postage I originally paid ignoring the return costs though they admitted that the coat was indeed faulty (probably only bacause I had pictures that proved that). I had to write yet another message pointing out that one of their staff confirmed that all costs including return postage would be refunded. I got this confirmation before I even posted the package back. Another employee bluntly stated that they couldn´t do it and that her colleague made a mistake saying they would. I couldn´t believe it. First I got this crappy Made in China coat with stains from glue and patches of fur missing, not to mention other defect, and then I was even supposed to pay for the postage back to Canada? I kept hassling them and threatening them and at some point they gave me some credit for shopping (instead of refund) so I had to place another order to be able to benefit from it. That was another let down because I ordered something I didn´t even need just not to lose the credit. I probably exchanged at least two dozens of emails with them and it was such a waste of time and energy that I will always regret getting involved with this insincere company. I also paid custom duty from the coat which I am now trying to get refunded from the custom office. I also lost money on the exchange rate when I got my refund."
