"First, I was sent a lamp that was missing a piece and could not be put together. When I did get a lamp that could be put together, it was very difficult to do and, in fact, could not be made to fit together tightly. Then, then instructions said to burn the lamp at highest setting for two hours to "burn it in." I turned on the lamp and twisted the knob all the way to what i assumed was high. I found out after two hours when I turned it back to turn off, that turning it back puts it on high. In other words, turning the knob to the left all the way turns it off. But just before it turns off, it reaches its highest intensity. Very counter intuitive and I think the instructions should have given a warning."

"Purchased BluMax dim able floor lamp for my husband for Christmas. Definitely has a manufacturing error in pole/base assembly making the lamp unsafe. Soectrum wanted to replace in like, I explained that another would not make a difference one small screw into plastic is not going to hold the lamp safely erect. They finally sent RMA to return along with paperwork and instructions that had to be copied and faxed back. I tried to email for further info they have blocked my email address. It cost $20 to fedex lamp back and 3$?for faxes. I will be surprised if I get my credit am preparing claim with my credit card company. I would NEVER recommend this company! I will update this positively if my full refund comes as promised, I will still be out shipping and faxing. There was no inner pole connection only one small screw into plastice holding lamp together. I had 4 responding emails returned saying my email had been blocked by your security service. I will ammend my comments when a refund has been issued. BTW I just had two more emails to you returned by your blocking using software http://bl.spamcop.net/. "

I called Full Spectrum and they were very nice, and knew what the problem was right away. I returned the lamp and they sent me another one. I just tried to assemble it and it had a similar problem and could not be assembled. I now am waiting on a refund. "
