"I requested a custom 120mm fan grill design and they were able to make and ship it for me within two weeks.
I wasn't given a tracking number, but because of the nature of the special request order, I didn't dock a star. Also, it came extremely well over packaged and could have been shipped in a cardboard reinforced padded envelope to save me on shipping, but at least I got my money's worth.

Due to the high demand, my package was delayed shipping, but I was made aware of that when in communication with Eric. He gave me an estimated delivery date of Wednesday (7/13/11) and sure enough the package arrived right on time! All sleeving material was packaged very nicely in a USPS Flat Rate Medium box. Nothing was folded or crushed, which goes a long way in preventing snags during the sleeving process. The sleeves themselves look utterly amazing with rich and vibrant colors, while also showcasing a nice shine on it.
