"Ordered an XSPC AM4 waterblock mounting kit so I could use my existing Raystorm block from my old Intel build. Except I didn't, I just ordered the RGB upgrade for an existing AM4 installation, and it was totally my fault for not reading the product description.
Contacted FrozenCPU, explained what I had done, asked if I needed to buy a whole new waterblock, and instead they sent me the rest of the parts I needed 2nd-day, at no charge, they just stuck it in the mail, and it arrived on time for me to complete my build as scheduled. Gotta love that."
"I recently purchased some water cooling fittings and tubing after getting a great deal on a radiator. My experience was seamless. Shipping was fast. Everything was packaged well and came intact. I think that prices are on par or slightly higher when compared to other online retailers like Performance PC's. Frozen CPU makes it very easy to narrow down what parts you like (e.g. sizing, brand, etc.). I recommend byuing everything you think you will need all at once because shipping for single items can be costly."
"I bought a starter kit (Liquid cool vortex one 240) to make a custom water cooling loop on my PC. Initially my decision was due to the low price. There was an initial issue with UPS being the delivery company, due to UPS coming to my house when I'm not there. UPS refused to work with me to get the package before they sent it back to FrozenCPU, but the FronzenCPU staff got them to hold it for me so I could pick it up and have my kit to use. However, the pump in the kit stopped working due to the water coloring cause it to become caked with dye. After discussing the situation with Trevor, he immediately issued a replacement unit for me. My wife cleaned out the pump, which is when we discovered the coloring dye was the issue. I called back and spoke with Max, who was willing to give me detailed explanations on better products and solutions. It just boils down to the kit being too cheap for my needs. Max got me set up with a replacement pump and acrylic top and even helped me select the additional products needed to make the best use of my kit. Trevor was very courteous and offered to install the pieces together for me before shipping it out. I really should have called them first, simply because they took all the time necessary to walk me through their products to get what I really needed, instead of me just searching online for the cheapest parts required. But after all the hiccups with this purchase, I have to say that they certainly went above and beyond to make sure I had the equipment I needed to get my water loop setup correctly as well as looking as awesome as I imagined. "
