"Criminal outfit. Ordered two phones on 05/06/2011, no goods, no money to the tune of £475. Tried ot get it back through my bank unsuccessfully will now be making a claim via Money Claim Online and small claims court if necessary. Have also recorded a crime on the Action Fraud website. Just cannot believe that given the body of evidence against this firm on the various forums that they are still allowed to even operate. If they had a shop on the street they wouldn't be in business by now so why should the internet be different?"

"B4udirect.com and froomoo.com are both run by someone called Ronnie Banga who appears to me to engage in fraudulent business practice. This is based on the fact that his company have kept £700 of my money with no goods sent or refund issued; coupled with reviews by numerous other customers who are in the same position as me - just do a google search.

I ordered goods totaling £700 from froomoo.com and subsequently cancelled the order because the company could not give any indication of when it was going to arrive. It's now over a month and I've made numerous phone calls which have been answered by someone called 'Jeff' who routinely lies. Two legal letters have had no response whatsoever.

these fraudsters have still not refunded the money. Consumer Direct, Trading Standards, Action Fraud, Paypal and the police are now involved.

I cannot believe a company like this is allowed to carry on trading, routinely stealing people's money.

I can't say it any clearer - these people are fraudsters and thieves. Do Not Order from them.

"I ordered Samsung NX100 camera on 29th June 2011 from Froomoo.com and my Paypal payment of went to B4U Telecom. For almost 4 weeks, I was told, the item is being delivered but the delivery is delayed from the warehouse.

Around August 1st week , I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, and till the date I havent got it. When I mailed them I didn't get any reply and when I call them they just tell that , they will check and payment will be made. I am now tired of calling them. Cant go to Paypal, because Paypal deals with fraud cases for transactions within 45 days. I have kept an audit trail of each and every communication with them . However, I believe I have lost my money and wont get it back. It seems to be a cheat company running a scam. I am trying to see, whether there is any consumer body I can put a complain against such a Fraud company.

Please, please, don't experiment and AVOID any transaction with this company. Froomoo.com and B4U Telecom should be ashamed of cheating people of their hard earned money like this. I will post this in every forum possible to save the consumers.

"I ordered an android phone on the 10th July and my £300 was taken almost straight away from my bank, and I received an email saying my order would take between 7 - 10 days and I would receive a tracking number. After about 9 days I started to send emails and they kept telling me they would escalate/chase my order, and that they would hopefully send me an email the next day 'hopefully' with tracking information. Needless to say it did not arrive. My 3rd and 4th emails were ignored.

On the 3rd of August I decided to open a dispute with PayPal and a couple of days later I received an email saying my order was on it's way and they gave me a tracking number. At last I thought; how wrong was I. Using the tracking number they gave me I tacked it on the DHL website and all it kept saying was 'Shipment Information Received'. After 5 days of this I emailed DHL and asked them if this meant they physically had my parcel, and guess what, they didn't. They said "they had been notified electronically of the shipment to be sent, but the sender has not yet passed the shipment to DHL for transportation and delivery" So they blatantly lied saying my order had been shipped.

Avoid this company like the plague. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I decided to deal with them.

I now wait on the decision from PayPal about a refund. Fingers crossed.

"I regret having to agree with the two other reviews of this company. I too feel that I have been conned. Having ordered a smart phone from them early this month I did not receive the goods withing their 8-10 day delivery time. I have chased and chased, having written many emails and spoken several times on the telephone. I have received only 1 email response, which said almost nothing, the intention being to keep me on the hook for a while longer. In our telephone conversations they kept maintaining that there was a 'a problem in their wharehouse'.
They finally agreed to cancel my order and promised to send me a mail advising they would be reimbursing my credit card. This mail has not been received. Their final reason for non-delivery was that they have been unable to source my particular phone yet they continue to advertise the very same product on-line with the suggestion this item is 'in stock'.
The case is now under dispute with my credit card company.
Beware of this company, take my advice and stay away!!!

"Very bad experience

I orderded for a Sony camera at the 4th of June. Five minutes after paying, our Dutch credit card bank called me to verify the transaction. This should have warn me. Froomoo/B4U Telecom must have a bad reputation.

I sended several emails, to Froomoo and to B4U, none of them are answered, already and I"m taking steps with my bank.

I asked them, are you a criminal organsation or an organsation with a bad administration? With so much silence, I hope to believe that they are the second, but for now and for me, it's pure criminal.

"I am writing this because on the 8th May 2011 I found an online company called Froomoo.com, I was unable to find any reviews on this company but decided rather unwisely to make a purchase of a Nikon 28-300 mm lens anyway.

Their customer service telephone lines are answered promptly, and I did call before I made the online purchase to check that at least I would be able to get hold of a company representative if I needed to, and to check that it was not a dummy or fraudulent website. The customer service representative assured me that they would despatch the item if ordered within 3 working days with typical delivery times up to 7 working days. (i later checked the website and found out that it states in there terms and conditions that it is 10 working days.
I ordered and paid for the item on the 8th may via 'worldPay' their online payment system. This payment cleared on the 9th may. It got to 7 working days and I still had not received an item tracking number. So I called on the 17th 18th and 19th may each time I was promised a call back the following day with a tracking number, but instead each day I had no return phone call. I tried to cancel on the 23rd but was told that it was not possible to do so. Why i asked?...'because the item may have been dispatched from out Hongkong depot'. Great I said, so whats the tracking number? ' we dont have one yet' she said. This conversation went round in circles until I gave up and hung up. Then an hour later I called back and demanded 'strongly' a full refund, to which i was then told i could have one but i would have to wait another 10 working days to get it!.

In short:

-Poor customer service (phone calls not returned, poor information given)
-Did not stick to stated delivery times as per their terms and conditions.
-Items despatched directly from HongKong....beware of potential import duty's, and due to time difference the customer service team are unable to get instant or accurate information from the despatch depot without at least a days notice....I didn't get any information.

Would strongly recommend avoiding this company. (I am still awaiting my refund with little hope of getting it without a fight)

Scam Alert !!!
Further to the above post I am now over the 12 working days refund time as stated on froomoo.com’s terms and conditions and still no refund received…..i have now made more phone calls to them and have had more empty promises received from the froomoo staff … no explanation for this entire debacle….. now pursuing credit card company for a refund……..in case anyone is interested in writing to complain to them if they too have been stung by this sham of a company, the address of the parent company that takes the payments is
