"This was my first time placing an order with froobi.com but when my order arrived I was very disappointed when the Postman said I owed additional shipping charges. I paid the additional charges and contacted froobi support by email and explained to them the situation. froobi contacted me by phone and apologized refunded me the charges and sent me a free gift. froobi is top notch in my book with fast friendly customer service, I will definitely do business with them again.

"I have ordered several items from froobi.com and have never been disappointed. Their prices beat anyone else, the quality of the products is excellent, and my purchases arrive within a few days. "As you can see this is an old order. These MP3 players have been lying about for quite some time. They did not come with the instruction book. I contacted Froobi on August 22, 2009 asking if there was an instruction manual. They responded today August 24 with not just a link to Sansa, but attached a copy of the instructions. To me, this is extrodinary customer service in this day and age. I would have not expected no response considering the time between the order and request. On this basis (and they sent quickly what was ordered) I strongly suggest Froobi.com in your shopping list on the internet."

"Received the 3 pack led flashlights in good time. I am now using them around our very dark farm and for candling chicken eggs!! I also bought a nice swatch and a GPS from these guys and it's been good all three times. What particularly stood out for me was that I called them regarding the swatch on the day it arrived because the orange face was a little too bright for my wife's liking and I wanted to return it. To my surprise someone actually picked up the phone and the customer service(I think Alex) issued an rma without giving me ANY PAIN!! What a nice surprise for a change. Try that with buy.com...sheesh..!! Very courteous and professional! Well we did end up keeping the watch as the orange rather 'grew' on us over the next couple of days.

"I ordered a watch which was one of their "deals of the day." It was shipped quickly, but it was defective. I tried to contact via the web, but got no response, and I really want this watch! I had a slightly less difficult time getting a hold of someone. I called and got a hold of someone and he emailed me a Return Authorization. I sent it back the next day and have not heard anything since, despite an email request for an update a few days ago. I am hoping to be happy to get a new watch soon. I am not pleased it is still up in the air. I will update as soon as I hear something.

Edit - I received a credit of $49.99 according to an email I received today. It hasn't posted to my account yet. I am out shipping to me and back to Froobi. I never received any communication back other than what looks like an automated form telling me I got a credit.

I really, really wanted that watch, and they still seem to have them on sale (http://shop.froobi.com/Giordano-Mens-Digital-Watch-with-Brown-Leather-Strap_p_38260.html) as of today. So I guess they just didn't want my business.

SECOND EDIT - they contacted me and said it was a mistake that the order was canceled and a refund was issued instead of an exchange. I am anxiously awaiting my new watch. Wish me luck.

"Ordered a Nextar GPS with bluetooth. Arrived about a week later as expected. Sealed box. Plugged in and began charging. Turned unit on and it stuck at loading. Tried resetting etc with no luck. Contacted Froobi on their customer contact page. Several days go by, no answer. Finally register the defective product with Nextar and they tell me all kinds of people have called in with complaints on the units sold by Froobi which is no longer manufactured and no longer supported. Nextar offers a refurbished replacement with out bluetooth which was the reason I ordered from the unit from Froobi. I can't say Froobi has bad customer service, I can say they have NO customer service. AVOID this bunch."

"First time order from "the frog", and I'm very satisfied. Item came within 2 days as normal mail. But since I purchased a Recertified product, it is predictable that it doesn't come with box, manual and software. In addition, they provide the link to download user guide and software which were missing from the package.
Overall, I'm happy with this store and hope they will keep up their good service for you.
