"Front Row Electronics exceeded expectations. I needed a replacement set of earbuds delivered overnight; I called FRE and spoke with Ian. We discussed multiple options and I purchased Shure SE846's. I paid via credit card and thought the transaction was complete. Ian called me back shortly after the business was concluded advising me that since I was away from my normal delivery/billing address FRE could not ship the earbuds overnight. At his suggestion we refunded the previous transaction and ? I paid via PayPal, who would deliver to a registered address other than mt billing address.
