"Frustrating waste of time, horrible customer service, not completely fulfilling multiple orders. Lack of proactive communication about the status of my order. I had to continually query the status after each of the many times the delivery was delayed. Lack of complete fulfillment of more than one order over the past year. The emails suggesting that I order other colors and sizes of an item that never came into stock in any color or size and finally with the cancellation of the latest order came a 10% discount on a future order I will _never_ place is no help for the customer dissatisfaction this has caused."

"The best underwear online store I've ever tried! The prices are good and the selection is wide - all my favourite brands are presented. Discounts happening often and the international shipping is quite fast - there even is express option, but it's a bit pricey. Can recomend to anyone!"

"This was my first time ordering from this store. My order included 8 items. 5 of those items were on their site as in stock, the others were backordered, some with ship dates in a few days, some with ship dates in a couple of weeks. I received an email indicating that one of the items which was shown as in stock was unable to be shipped because it was backordered. The first few items arrived. I waited, and received no notifications about remaining items. Knowing that some of the dates had passed for when items were supposed to be in stock, I checked my order online and some of the items were showing as in stock, but not yet shipped. Others now had new ship by dates indicating that they had received and sold out of them or the backorder was further delayed. However, it took me sending an email checking the status of the items to get them to ship the items that had come into stock and were on hand. I feel that if you are going to offer the option to purchase a backordered item, you should be able to monitor and ship the backordered items when the resupply shipment is received. 3 items are being cancelled because my payment authorization has expired."

"I order items online quite abit. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company, the first time I thought ok it was a delay at that point it took 2 weeks to get my order. Customer service has no clue in speaking with customers.They are hard to deal with. However they decided to resend another shipment. I would not have given them any stars. I will no longer place another order. It was ordered on Dec. 11, 2014 as of Dec 29th I have no merchandise. Spoke with James and he thought it was funny!"

"This is my very first to order from freshpair.com .and it's my last time as well I purpose to make this order for my friend as a Christmas present.but until today I never receive my shipment.i tried so many time to email and check but freshpair giving me lots of excuse.on the date 28th nov 2014 I make a few order from US online store like mensunderwearstore.com and erogenos and freshpair as well and all my order arrive. Y 15th December 2014 except freshpair.i really hope freshpair can refund me .thats not a small amount of money.the reputation is very important for them to set a business online . "I love the prices and selection offered at Freshpair but I have had several issues. First I received items I didn't order. They originally wanted me to pay for return shipping. They did agree to send me a label for free shipping but the print is too small so I can't use it. Since I wasn't charged for the items I am not sending them back. They lose. The more important issue is the inability to use a code of 15% that expires over the weekend. Since customer service is not open on the weekends, I cannot use this offer.

Needless to say I'm an a dissatisified customer!

"This company really needs to get its act together. I am a new customer, and I placed an order online using a 25% off coupon special and a few days later I received an email saying that one of the items was discontinued and would not be renewed. That's fine, it happens on discontinued items. To "apologize" they sent me a 10% off coupon code. This was not only way less than the original discount I was receiving, but the coupon code was also already expired. I emailed them to let them know, and Alan wrote back and sent me a code for 20% off. Better, but still not even matching the original discount, let alone an "apology" discount. I emailed back, and the person curtly replied that they would give me 25% off if I reordered. Well now we're back to the bare minimum, but still not an incentive to reorder when that is what I got in the first place. So I asked them to have a manager contact me. Four days later it hadn't happened. I received my order and it was fine. But then when I looked at my credit card bill, they had not adjusted the charge for the discontinued item and had charged me the full amount. I called to inform them of the overcharge and they took care of it right away, but if I hadn't had noticed they wouldn't have done a thing. I then also explained to James the customer service rep about the coupon hassle, and he apologized and said they would take 25% off my next order. I asked if that is truly the best they can do since that was my original price and I have been through all of this hassle on top of it. He said yes that's all they can do. Well this was my first and last order with Freshpair. Their products are very expensive, you would think the service would be better. "

"Expensive and possibly used underwear.
None of the items came in original packaging. None of the items had original tags originally attached either. One of them had original tag but was hand tied (not attached by manufacture). I ordered Hugo Boss and CK shorts. I'm pretty sure they were used/washed.
Customer service is no where to be reached. Do not waste your time and money on this company.

"I don't shop online often because I'm never sure if things will fit properly but I had a great experience with Freshpair. I called their customer service number before I ordered by bras to see if they had any fit or tip suggestions and they walked me through my order and told me where I could find more informatin on bras and fits on their site. I definitely recommend Freshpair to anyone who loves or just needs underwear."

"Their "Refer a Friend" program appears to be a scam. I referred my brother, and was suppose to receive a $20 credit when the item shipped. The item shipped, several days passed, and still no credit. I wrote to ask about the delay and they said that the person I referred already had an account, which was not true. No further explanation was given.

I will not do business with Fresh Pair again.

"I checked ResellerRatings first, but the impression from the site that it was legitimate so I decided to take a chance and order anyways. If the site was really bad, there would be no user reviews on any items.

Anyways, I placed my order on April 12, it was shipped on the 14th (with a tracking number, FedEx), and arrived on the 22nd. That's a bit of a wait, but for free shipping, long times are normal, so I'm fine with that. FedEx predicted the 20th-24th. Everything arrived in good condition, nothing bad to mention. I'd order from them again. They have tons of styles available and the website is good with the filtering options and many reviews available.

"NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID

The prices at Freshpair are good but a lot of their products are NOT in stock, even though the system says they are available. I ensured that I chose only items that said they were in stock.

I performed my transaction quickly. When I paid their system said that the items were in stock. A week later I received an e-mail stating that the items were backordered for well over a month - one of the items was backordered over two months!

The worst part is that if you do run into any problems with your order (backorder, et al) they do NOT reply to any e-mails.

I have sent over six e-mails to Freshpair and each received a confirmation reply saying they were working on my e-mail. I never once received a reply.

They have truly disapponting customer service - read around at the different review sites and you will see I am not the only one with this problem.

The BBB lists other contacts for Freshpair and I am going to try these and see if I can get anywhere. As I live overseas I cannot phone during their normal business hours - and as many people work and cannot phone from work they encounter the same thing in the States.

Avoid. If Freshpair actually bothers to read these reviews, I highly suggest they do a complete overhaul and review of their customer service policies and sort this issue.

"The best bra seller anywhere!!!!!!! I will never buy a bra anywhere else! They have this great program where they interview you to find out what you like, then send you 10-15 bras to try on at home for a couple of weeks, then only charge you for the bras you keep. You don't have to keep a single one if you don't want to. After a lifetime of wearing bras that don't fit, I finally have a nice selection of bras that fit, feel great, and improve my looks unbelievably! I've placed 4 or 5 orders with Freshpair.com, have always been refunded immediately for everything I've returned, and have always received great merchandise. I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered 3 pairs of underwear, size medium. Two were correct, the last was mis-tagged (the cardboard hang tag said medium but the tag sewn in the underwear said XL) and was actually a size XL. I filled out their return form stating this and asked to please have it exchanged for the correct size, and for them to please refund the $5.60 I had to pay to send the underwear back to them, since it was their mistake. They did none of these things. They refunded the underwear I returned, did not exchange it, and wouldn't offer anything for the money I had to spend to fix THEIR mistake. Not happy, will not order from again."

"They voided my order without making any explanation, after that i needed to make another order that was processed, but the sum of the first order was blocked on my credit card.
Moreover, i invited a friend, but didn't get 20 dollars to my account. Customer care didn't comment on this incident.
After my friend made the order, his order was duplicated on the site and his credit card was credited twice, after contacting the customer service they answered that they can do nothing.
Do not make any purchases on this site.
