"Do not buy from this place and I recommend you stay away! I placed an order for a Christmas gift about a month and a half in advance. I still haven’t received the item and no reply from the company. They promised to give me a refund if the package didn’t arrive but instead they are just ignoring my emails on purpose so they do not have to issue a refund. For me it is only 30$, however I would like to share my experience to everyone else so they do not make the same mistake of buying from this store. Not a trustworthy place to buy from and do not deserve anyones business. "
" I purchased a Kermit sipping tea case from Fresh Elites about two or three months ago. It took a month for it to deliver, no joke. The website is truthful in saying it takes a few days to actually ship, but the processing takes a ridiculous amount of time. When I did finally receive it, the quality of the case was not even close to what was promised in the ads. There were air bubbles everywhere where it should be clear, and the backing peeled away so it looked cheap right off the bat. The sticker also is NOT part of the case, so it’s now started to peel and chip only a few months into owning it, as it is fully exposed to whatever surface you might place it on throughout the day.
As far as “insane drop protection” goes, it also ****! I’ve dropped my phone two times out of these months, and both times it’s cracked. I even had a screen protector on my phone (which didn’t crack??), so I’m beginning to think the case actually hurts more than it helps. Now I have to go drop $100 to go and get it fixed, along with the expense of finding a decent case.
In summary, DO NOT BUY THIS CASE. Buy a high quality clear case and some meme stickers off amazon. It would be way better to do that than to buy from this stupid scam of a site.

"Made a shipping label on the 10th , when I emailed asking where my order was I received the response that it’s on it’s way with a tracking number I already had. When checking tracking number it only says a label has been created. Ummm really?! Ordered on the 7th and it’s the 26th. I’m just going to cancel my order, what way to run a business! "

"Just got my first order from them and I ordered a 8 pairs for my sons birthday party for party favors. Which should be a big hit! I can't wait to see the kids faces when they open the goodie bags lol. This was second time my son got something from them, his grandma got him some socks and hats for Christmas and he loved them.
As for the order great experience I emailed them on a Monday asking if we could have them on Friday and they got it done. Party is tomorrow and I have the SOCKS! Thanks again. "
