I click on the policy documents and it is blank. I was called back within 2 minutes and some information taken and then handed off to another representative who offered me the best customer service I have ever received from an insurance provider. She was fast friendly and efficient. I was quoted, emailed the details paid for premium in full and emailed proof of insurance. Let me say it again; fast, friendly and efficient. The entire process took less than a half hour and we are insured. My auto policy will expire with Geico this month and I will be calling next week to get quotes for my 3 other vehicles. "I was given a quote but then given a higher quote because of an incident that I had disclosed before the first quote. I was assured that they would contact my previous carrier of the change and it would cancel so I didn't have to do anything. I am still getting emails and text messages from previous carrier about the policy lapsing and telling me I can reinstate with payment. Could not get a quote online, had to speak to a person. "

"I requested a quote for my two vehicles and home owners insurance. The quote sounded great for the vehicles. I had told him that I wanted to wait to make a decision on a total package. I gave him my bank information with the understanding we would wait for the home owners quote to move forward. After the discussion with the agent I immediately received a debit to my bank account and a new vehicle policy had been created. There was no agreement to start the policy. I signed no documents. When I reached out via email there was no response via email or phone. I had to keep on pressing to get an answer from Highway/Oasis after five days. I will never use nor endorse this company."
