Online Parts ordering pick up quite a show.

"Ordered parts online. Email indicated parts ready, but no specific directions.
I went to the retail parts and patiently waited for several other customers to be serviced. When my turn came I was told I needed to go to the wholesale pickup area on the north side of the building. Had to drive around building and re-park. Went inside and waited for rep to finish phone call. While waiting another rep walked by and totally ignored my presence. Finally a third rep showed up and did a great and efficient job.

FHTW needs to add specific pick up instructions, give some customer service training to the other two parts guys on the back.

Online order was as expected and parts were genuine Toyota.

Horrible communication and Zero Logic

"I placed an order for a grille and its components, but was informed that the grille was incorrectly listed and unavailable. Consequently, I received an email stating that the grille would be refunded, and the parts rep would proceed with the remaining order. However, since the grille was unavailable, I promptly requested to cancel the entire order. It seems logical that the representative should have inquired whether I wanted to proceed with the rest of the order, but it appears they still attempted to process it without confirmation."
